She and her sister, Butter, spent their entire lives together in the same loving home, a place they believed would be theirs forever. But when their family had to move somewhere they weren’t allowed to tag along, both girls suddenly found themselves in a shelter through absolutely no fault of their own. Cocoa is incredibly sweet, gentle, and tender-hearted. You can tell she’s unsure of her new surroundings, after all, she’s only ever known one home and her routine was built around love, familiarity, and the comfort of her sister by her side. Despite her worry, Cocoa remains every bit the adorable, soft-natured little companion she has always been. Give her a little time to warm up, and she’ll quietly melt right into your lap with all the devotion of a dog who just wants safety again. She would make the perfect snuggly lap dog for someone looking for a calm, affectionate, loyal companion. MacAurther After surviving his entire family being euthanized by animal control in his county and testing positive for heartworms he is very eager to find his forever humans.He is super fun and has the personality to match.He loves walks and loves giving kisses,And you can look at his handsome mug and see the love this little survivor has.He was left alive for a reason and that reason is obvious as soon as you meet him.He does like to play rough and really needs a big dog pal to equal his tenacity and energy.He listens like a semi stubborn bulldog but with no malice or ill intent, just goofy innocence.He is breed specific so I encourage anyone inquiring to research it a bit and understand the nature of his breed. FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. The adoption fee of $400 Includes Age-Appropriate Vaccinations (DA2PPV, Bordetella, Rabies), Deworming, Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Flea/Tick/Heartworm Prevention, and Sheltering. Jasmine is 12 years old. She is sweet, laid back and loves to eat but I have her on a specific canned food and only eats twice a day. She has cushings disease but it on meds for that. She is sweet but has never been a lap dog/ she will bark if she detects a stranger around. I have developed health issues and am finding it harder to take care of. Also, I have a fenced in years for her, as you cannot just let her out to potty on her own, or she will run off/ I just need someone that will be sweet to her and care for her needs and give her a loving home
