Rescues are permitted to pull NOW; animal is also legally available for euthanasia on this same date. AVAS will continue to follow the protocols in place for the health/safety of the animals in our care. The canine population currently in our care that are not showing symptoms will be posted on our website for public viewing. Canines will continue to be monitored by our medical staff under the direction of our supervising Veterinarian. During the day, she is chill either playing with her foster pals or being lazy on her doggie bed. Lately she has had such a good time going for walks and seems quite pleased with herself because she is learning leash manners. And although she uses pee pads, she also pees and poos outside. Maggie is an outgoing girl, affectionate, and with those long legs, she can keep up with you. She's crate trained as that is where she sleeps at night. Sweet is really an understatement; she is just a doll.
