Meet LIBBY LIBBY & her littermates came from a less-than-ideal situation, but you’d never know it now. They've quickly learned that people are pretty amazing, toys are meant to be chased, beds are meant to be stolen, and laps are one of the best places in the world. Estimated to be around 11 weeks old (DOB ~ 5/2/26) and currently about 6 pounds each, we believe they are small mixed breed pups. We think Mom is a Chihuahua mix and Dad may have been a Beagle mix... but honestly, your guess is as good as ours! We expect they'll likely grow somewhere in the 15–20 pound range. Libby seems to have an old soul. She's the biggest puppy of the bunch, but also the most laid back. While her siblings are busy zooming around, Libby is often content to sit back, take it all in and then join the fun in her own time. She's incredibly affectionate and loves simply being near her people. Whether she's following you through the house, curling up beside you for a nap or quietly soaking up attention, Libby is happiest when she's close. She's still playful like any puppy, but she has a calm, easygoing personality that's hard not to fall in love with. Like all puppies her age, Libby is still working on potty training, learning good manners, and discovering how this big world works. She'll thrive with a family that's patient, consistent, and excited to help her grow into the amazing companion she's meant to be. 📍 Adoption radius: 50 miles from Jacksonville, FL due to needing to return to our vet for two more rounds of puppy vaccines (around July 23rd & August 13th) as well as their spay/neuter surgery the last week of August (exact date TBD). 🐶 All other pets in the home must be spayed/neutered, current on vaccinations, and on heartworm prevention. 🏡 Applicants must own their home and be listed as the owner on their county's property search website. This is partially due to most rentals have a weight restriction & with these babies, we can’t be 100% they will stay under 20 pounds. Interested in being considered for LIBBY? Meet WINSTON 🐾 Winston — an 11-year-old, 15-pound Chihuahua — needs YOU! His previous owner adored him and showed him lots of love by way of snacks, treats, and a few extra portions. I mean… just look at that face! But what Winston truly needs now is someone who will take him for walks and show him what a healthy lifestyle is all about — all while loaning a foot for him to rub up against or a cozy spot on the couch so he can lie right next to you. Now, fair warning… Winston can be a little vocal when he’s out on the town, making sure all the other dogs in the vicinity know he’s arrived! With him being hard of hearing (some might even say deaf), he may feel the need to announce himself a bit more. Don’t let that scare you though — he had us fooled for the first week thinking he just had very selective hearing 😉 Winston does well with other dogs in the home, but he would much rather spend his time right by your side than playing with them. Although a senior, he still has pep in his step and would absolutely love to be your bestest boy — giving you a reason to wake up each day and a reason to get your steps in.
