At just 17 pounds, she’s the perfect little companion. She is small enough to scoop up, big enough to fill your life with joy. Her expressive eyes and gentle nature make her impossible not to adore. Rescued by a private rescuer in the Rio Grande Valley, Lyrica has left her rough start behind and is ready for a brighter future. She’s wonderful with other dogs and loves being part of the action, whether that’s playtime, cuddle time, or simply hanging out by your side. Lyrica is heartworm positive, but don’t let that scare you — she will be fully treated before adoption, and she’s expected to do beautifully. What she needs now is a family who will give her the love and stability she’s always deserved. She is CHAGAS negative. If you’re looking for a small, loving, curly‑tailed companion who’s ready for her forever home, Lyrica is waiting to meet you. Lyrica is located in Hondo, Texas and is available for transport to St Petersburg, FL on February 21st. She is spayed, up to date on all shots, microchipped and her adoption fee is $450. Please be aware that our animal adoptions are NOT on a first come- first serve basis. Our sole purpose is to find the best possible home for the dogs that fall under our care. SORRY DAISY WAS ADOPTED We are now accepting applications for our sweet girl Daisy Mae. She has quite a story and has been through so much. We received an urgent plea from a county shelter to save her. Poor Daisy was a stray in a neighborhood for weeks and the saddest part is she was born with luxating patella's aka her knees were out of the joint. It was so painful to watch her even walk when we rescued her. The fact this scared dog was a stray with this deformity broke our heart. Fast forward to today our rescue paid to have her surgery done and it was a success. Daisy is doing great is no and is no pain anymore and very happy Daisy is nervous at first and is a typical chihuahua, fearful at first and then strongly protective and loving. Daisy loves to cuddle on our extra large pet bed we have. She is healthy and loves our foster dad dearly. We are looking for that special perfect family with a fenced in yard and love and empathy for our girl Daisy to give her a forever home. Daisy is estimated to be about 3 years and is 14lb. Daisy is a female tri color chihuahua mix. She is spayed, up to date on all her shots, heartworm flea preventatives, dewormed and microchipped!  Please only apply if you are willing to be patient and let her decompress. Daisy is the definition of perseverance and hope. We love her so much and we know you'll love her too Daisy is housetrained and great with dogs and cats. Daisy's adoption donation is only 300.00! Coco would do best in a home with another dog to help with his confidence.  He is a total sweetheart and is still learning to accept love and affection. He wants to be in the same room with his person, and likes to cuddle and sleep on a pilllow.    When company visits, he hides but quickly warms if they don’t make any sudden moves.   Coco loves to go on walks! In fact, he barks with excitement when he knows it is time to go for a walk. He likes to walk in quieter areas because noises can make him nervous.  With love and patience, Coco will develop a deep bond with a person and give them unconditional love.
