Story
Max is a playful 3 year old Frenchie/Pittie mix who also loves to snuggle and relax. He could snuggle next to you on a couch all day long! It may take Max a minute to warm up to new people but once he knows it’s okay, he’s the biggest love. He is a huge people pleaser as he looks for approval and with praise he is such a good boy. He is potty trained, crate trained and knows basic commands. Max is great with kids of all ages. He gets along with cats and chickens. Max prefers to be either an only dog or have a larger female dog companion. Max is generally a very playful dog, however he knows when it’s time to calm down. He does well with large and medium sized female dogs. He is nervous with new people and can tend to bark and jump on new people. Once he realizes new people are okay, he’s very loving. He loves kids. Max needs a home with someone who can be patient with him. He will bark when he sees animals or a delivery person, this is something I have been working on him with. Max does have anxiety, and will need someone who will praise him and give him confidence that he is loved. He is a people pleaser and seeks approval.We require professional obedience training from a certified trainer for ALL adoptions.
