Story
Oscar is a wonderful, sweet eight-year-old puggle (pug-beagle mix) whose personality can be summarized as companionship. He is truly affectionate dog who loves showing his devotion through physical contact, happily cuddling up on the couch or sharing the bed at night. Oscar is very healthy, well trained, is great with children, and has been part of our family since he was a puppy. He enjoys walks, though his beagle curiosity means they often turn into a leisure sniffing mission. We are making the difficult decision to rehome him, as we want Oscar to have a loving home where he can receive more attention than our family can now provide. He is an excellent dog!

Story
We have a sweet girl who needs a new home. She arrived at my dad's house as a stray over a year ago, and when the neighbors called animal control, he stepped in to take her. However, since then, my mom has passed, and my dad's health is making it difficult to maintain a house/yard; he is planning to move into a retirement community. Unfortunately, Roxie isn't allowed. It breaks his heart, but he has to move for many reasons. We are looking for a loving home for her. She is around 65 lbs, has been spayed, vaccinated, and is very trainable. She has a lot of energy, but she's eager to learn and please. She is comfortable with a yard with a fence or snuggling on the couch. We had a trainer evaluate her, and he said she would be best in a home with a fence (since she needs lots of exercise) and no small children (not due to aggression but to overstimulation and the need to be gradually socialized). We are willing to travel to meet or deliver her to the perfect home!
