Story
Marley followed me and my lab home one day about 2 years ago from our daily walk. He had been roaming the street for about 3 weeks so we took him to the house we knew he was supposed to be staying at and the guys asked if we just wanted to keep him. He did not appear to be loved at that home and they did not want him, so we gladly took him in. Over the last year he has developed some traits that do not go well in our neighborhood, he barks at all pedestrians that walk by, not aggressively, just it is loud and irritating to our neighbors. Believe that is the beagle in him. He is a loving older boy, not sure of his age since he was a stray, but we are thinking possible around 7 or 8. We believe he would be perfect for an older couple that can spend lots of time with him and give him undivided attention. He is house and crate trained, actually prefers to be in his crate most of the time he is inside. He will be a lap dog if you let him!

HELOOO MY SWEET FRIENDS! ARE YOU MY NEW FAMILY? I HOPE YOU ARE ALL DOING GOOD. I AM DOING AWESOME NOW...THANKS TO MY RESCUE. I WAS BOUGHT AS A GIFT FOR AN ELDERLY MAN BY HIS GRANDSON. UNFORTUNATELY, THE MAN TIED ME TO A TREE AND PAID NO ATTENTION TO ME. I WAS VERY SAD, COLD AND SCARED. THE MAN PASSED AWAY SHORTLY AFTER AND THE GRANDSON ASKED MY RESCUE TO HELP. I LOVE MY FOSTER HOME SO MUCH! I AM WARM, SAFE AND LOVED. MY FOSTER MOM TELLS ME THAT MY NEW FAMILY WILL BE SOOOO LUCKY TO BE ABLE TO ADOPT ME. I LOVE WALKS/HIKES, CAR RIDES, AND OF COURSE SNUGGLING. I AM A PRETTY CHILL DUDE AND WOULD LOOOVE TO MEET YOU. DOGS AND CATS ARE COOL TO BE WITH BUT I DON'T NECESSARY NEED ONE TO MAKE ME HAPPY. I AM GREAT EITHER WAY. PLEASE EMAIL MY RESCUE FOR AN APPLICATION. UNTIL THEN, I WILL BE LOOKING OUT THE WINDOW FOR YOU TO SHOW UP. I JUST KNOW YOU ARE OUT THERE.... MUCH LOVE TO ALL, REX.
