🐾 Meet Sammy — 100% Good Boy, 50% Puggle, 50%… Your Guess Is as Good as Ours. 😂 Sammy is a 6-month-old mixed breed whose mom was a Puggle and whose dad was apparently a traveling salesman who left town before anyone could get his information. 🤷‍♀️😂 So, we may not know exactly what Sammy is, but we know exactly who he is: 100% certified good boy. ❤️ Sammy LOVES other dogs, adores his humans, and is always ready for whatever adventure you have planned. Hiking? Absolutely. Exploring? He’s in. His foster mom regularly takes him on 3–6 mile runs, and while most of us would need the rest of the day to recover, Sammy just needs an hour or two before he’s ready for a wrestling match with his foster brother. 😂 This boy has energy to spare and would be an amazing addition to an active family looking for a four-legged adventure buddy. He’d especially love a home where he can stay busy, get outside, and ideally have another playful pup to help him burn off some of that puppy fuel. If your idea of the perfect dog is one who will happily hit the trail with you and still be ready to party when you get home, Sammy might just be your guy. 🥾🐕❤️ Come meet Sammy — we can’t tell you what his DNA test would say, but we can promise “very good boy” would be somewhere in the results. 🐾

I acquired my sweet pup as a baby, and he is now exactly 1 year old Puggle. Adjectives to describe him: Affectionate, Enthusiastic, Playful, and People-Loving. He is an absolute sweetheart but currently very high-energy (adolescent puppy phase). He loves humans so much that he greets everyone by jumping up and scratching for attention. He is completely non-aggressive, just overly excited. We are heartbreakingly rehoming him because we just welcomed a 5-day-old newborn and are preparing for an urgent international relocation. We no longer have the time he deserves. He is already neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped! What we are looking for in his new home:     •    Active owners: Who love daily walks to burn off his puppy energy.     •    No small babies: Because he jumps and scratches when excited, a home without infants is best.     •    Basic training: Someone patient to teach him "Sit" and "Off" instead of jumping. He will make a fun, loyal companion!

We found the sweetest dog the shelter originally call Poppy. She was thought to be 5-6 yrs old & obviously had a lot of puppies. She had been found roaming with two other beagles & probably was a hunting dog. SHE LOVES MEN & TRUCKS & RIDING THE CAR. There was just something about her, i fell in love. She was on stray hold so we waited.. I kept checking on her. We found out that she was heartworm positive. The shelter agreed to pay for her treatment. I thought, she is sick & so am I we will heal together & that is what we have been doing. She is on the mend. This has been brutal 1 month of antibiotics, 3 x put to sleep having injections deep into her spine, steroids, pain meds, keeping her calm. But she is such a survivor! Sweet pea is a calm dog who loves her belly rubbed. She is not a barker. She loves to sniff outside. Our hope is that she could have yard & a loving younger family. Or if older, someone who needs a companion but still able to play with her. We are in our 70's
