He is super cuddly and ready for his new home. Sven comes to us from Gloucester County Animal Control. He was surrendered to the shelter due to poor living conditions. He was living with 17 other chihuahuas! He was neutered, vaccinated and microchipped on Jan 30th and then traveled to Norfolk to his foster home. He is a sweet puppy. He seeks attention, is playful and learning to be a dog not a piece of property. He is working on his house manners. Help us give him the life he deserves! She was an owner surrender to the shelter due to poor living circumstances. She has been spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. She is currently recovering in Williamsburg, VA with her foster family. She just entered rescue but she is ready for adoption. She deserves better than the life she has lived until now. While we get to know her you can email her foster mom for more information. Story
Bodhi is ready for adoption. He’s a 2-1/2 year old, 50 lb. Boston/Pit Bull mix who is housebroken, neutered and UTD on vaccines. Bodhi was aggressive towards other dogs. He even attacked a dog. Bodhi went through an intensive four-week board and train program with a professional trainer. He has not had an aggressive episode since completing training. He receives periodic sustainment training, and has even made some dog friends at the training facility. Bodhi and his foster dad enjoy walks through downtown Fredericksburg where they encounter hundreds of people, dogs, motorcycles, and other loud things. Bodie loves going to Home Depot and his behavior has been perfect. Everyone who meets Bodhi loves him because he’s so handsome and sweet. He is a favorite among his trainers. Bodhi will thrive in a home where he is an only pet and has room to play. Bodhi enjoys being close to his humans and loves being petted. He knows the heel command, walks at his foster’s side, and rarely notices other dogs now. Since he’s a young dog with lots of energy, Bodhi would benefit from having a fenced yard. Bodhi is fostered in Stafford, VA.
