Story
Bear is a puppy of one of my family dogs. (A pug) The litter consisted of him and his brother (Baloo). Bear loves to snuggle and cuddle with his blankets, he has a very goofy personality and will keep you laughing, and he loves a good bone. He is very high energy and loves attention so I am looking for a home that will be able to provide that for him. He deserves all of the love and snuggles. He will need a home where he can run and use some of his pent up energy.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Breve is a Very special small beagle.  Fewer than 50 dogs in the world are known with this ultra-rare spinal deformity, Short Spine Syndrome.  For this reason, Breve is looking for a very special home that can handle care for any veterinary needs that may arise in his lifetime due to his missing vertebrae.  His case is comparatively mild with only some mobility limitations and he is otherwise healthy, happy, so cute, and very affectionate but also timid with strangers, larger dogs, vehicles, and new situations.  A fenced yard and an established relationship with a great veterinarian are absolute MUSTS.  If interested, please submit an application or reach out for further information.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.April 28, 2024, 8:41 pm

Story
We received a call for help, this person had more then 20 animals on his property, adults and puppies he needed food and to get the girls fixed. A local spay/neuter clinic helped with spay/neuter, rabies and heartworm testing. All the adults were taken back to the owner and he is given dog food to help with feeding them. We were able to take in some of the young pups, had them heartworm tested (which was negative) spay/neutered all vaccines and microchipped. We took the puppies hoping they would be heartworm negative and they are. Since having them here we have had to work with them to learn to trust us, at first they will be a little nervous but give them time and they will fill your heart. They are crate trained, but not house broken. If you have a big heart and would like to give these puppies a chance, please email BakerBridgeRescue@aol.com and ask for an application, we would love to talk with you in detail about each pup. Once approved, we will call you. We transport every other week to a location near you with the most animal friendly transport - Rescue Riders Transport.

Story
Beagle mixCharlie was born December 8, 2021 to a Cocker Spaniel mom and Beagle dad. He is completely crate trained, and working on house training since he has been in his foster mom’s home. Charlie walks great on a leash, but like any typical Beagle, his nose never leaves the ground. He is extremely sweet natured, and plays well with his four legged foster siblings. If given the chance, Charlie will chase cats. Please send us your phone number if you would like to hear more about Charlie. April 26, 2024, 9:56 pm
