🐾 Meet Milo! 🐾
Milo is 10 pounds of sweet, snuggly, squeaky-toy-loving Yorkie/Poodle mix! At 4 years old, this little guy has plenty of personality packed into his petite frame—and he has absolutely no problem letting you know when he’d like some attention. 😂
Milo is a total lovebug who loves his people. If you’re standing around and not paying enough attention to him, he may hop right up against your leg with a very polite “Excuse me, I believe you forgot about me!” 🥰 Once he’s got your attention, he’s happy to curl up beside you on the couch for some quality cuddle time.
But there is a catch: Milo prefers his couch space to be a dog-free zone. He’s quite timid around other dogs and can be overwhelmed by them, so we think he would be happiest as the only pet in the home. He’s looking for a calm environment where he doesn’t have to worry about sharing his person or navigating a bunch of furry roommates.
Loud noises can also make Milo nervous, so a quieter home with someone who will give him a little time and patience to settle in would be ideal. And while Milo may be little, he definitely has a BIG voice! 📣 Because he can be a pretty enthusiastic barker, apartment living probably isn't going to be his jam.

Milo isn't looking for a busy, chaotic household or a canine sibling. He's looking for his person, a comfy couch, some patience while he settles in, and a plentiful supply of squeaky toys. 🧸❤️

Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most of the dogs, we are only guessing at the predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.
We expect that all adopted dogs will enroll in a formal dog training class with their new owners. Obedience and training classes are an excellent way to learn more about your newly adopted dog, gain handling and training experience, and improve your relationship with your pet.
