** DO NOT CLICK ON 'INQUIRE ABOUT THIS PET'** You must follow the instructions below if interested. Shiloh is a STUNNING wheaten doodle (we are guessing, have no idea!). He is giant regal, non-shedding, housetrained god of a dog. He is very shy and sweet and when he warms up, he loves to wrestle. He would do best with another pup in the home to help him with his confidence! He is 1 yr old and weighs around 65lbs but is very tall and lanky. He is sweet to all humans and puppers. What an amazing dog! All of our pets are located in Houston TX and will not be transported until adopted. You will get to video chat with the pup once/if your application is approved. We are not first-come, first-served but rather strive to match dogs to their best fit homes! If you are interested, you MUST FILL OUT AN APPLICATION at www.recycleddogsrescue.org. The adoption fee is $850 + transport (if applicable). We cannot guarantee breed, size, or behavior!

Story
Meet Trevor! 🐾 Trevor is a 2–3 year old, 12-pound poodle mix with a heart as big as his adorable smile. This incredibly sweet boy came from a difficult beginning—he was turned into a kill shelter along with several other poodles to be euthanized. Thankfully, **Joyrides Rescue** stepped in and welcomed Trevor into their program, giving him the second chance he truly deserves. Trevor was born with **Cerebellar Hypoplasia (CH)**, a neurological condition that makes him a bit wobbly and clumsy. But don’t let that fool you—Trevor is just as happy and full of life as any other dog! In fact, he’s an amazing ambassador for CH dogs. Everyone who meets him instantly falls in love with his joyful spirit and sweet personality. This lovable little guy is housetrained and crate trained (though he sometimes needs a little help getting into his crate). Trevor loves being part of a family and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. His favorite activities include going for walks, watching TV, following his foster mom around the house, and snoozing peacefully while you work. He’s curious, affectionate, and extremely friendly with everyone he meets. Trevor is also a quiet companion who rarely barks—but he gets very excited about one thing in particular: mealtime! 🍽️ Because of his CH, Trevor does best with a few simple accommodations: * An elevated food and water bowl helps him eat comfortably. * Runners or rugs on slippery floors help prevent falls, especially when he gets excited. * He absolutely loves lounging on the couch, but should be carefully supervised while up there. * A safe home environment without sharp corners, clutter, or obstacles helps him move around more easily. Trevor may be a little wobbly, but his happiness, resilience, and love for life make him truly special. He is looking for a patient, loving forever family who will appreciate his unique charm and give him the safe, cozy home he deserves. Trevor is currently being fostered in **Houston, TX** and is available for adoption locally or in the Northeast. If you think you might be the forever family Trevor has been waiting for, please email **[info@joyrides.org](mailto:info@joyrides.org)** for an application. ❤️🐶

Story
Meet Dickens! Breed: Wheaten Terrier MixGender: MaleAge: AdultSize: Small/Medium (21 lbs)Good with: Patient people, other dogs who can mentor him Dickens came to us matted and terrified of the world—a dog who had clearly been through some stuff and didn't trust that life could be good. But here's the beautiful part: in his time with us, he has absolutely blossomed into a dog who does dog things! It's been incredible to watch him learn that the world isn't so scary after all, and that being a dog can actually be pretty great. Dickens isn't super playful in the traditional sense—he's not going to fetch for hours or zoom around like a maniac. But what he DOES do is become your homing beacon once he loves and trusts you. This boy can smell his people at 100 yards and will absolutely let you know he's found you. That kind of devotion is earned, not given, and it makes it all the more special when you become his person. He would likely do best in a home where his people can be around a lot—he's still learning that being alone is okay, and he thrives on the security of having his humans nearby. A dog friend would be ideal for Dickens! He's still learning the ropes of being a dog, and having a confident, patient canine companion to show him how it's done would help him continue his incredible transformation. Dickens is proof that with love, patience, and time, even the most scared dog can learn to trust again. He's come so far, and he deserves a home that will celebrate every milestone with him as he continues to blossom into the amazing dog he's meant to be! Ready to welcome Dickens into your life? We strive to describe each dog as accurately as possible; however, behavior and needs may change once the dog is in a new home, routine, or environment. Our dogs are not freeroaming in homes. When we note that a dog is "potty trained," this refers to reliable crate training, not confirmed freeroam house training. Accidents may occur during the transition to a new home, and additional training should be expected. All dogs are examined by our veterinarian, are spayed or neutered if old enough, and are up to date on ageappropriate vaccinations at the time of adoption. We share all known medical information, but we cannot guarantee future health or rule out underlying conditions. ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.happyfacespetranch.org Once your application has been approved, a representative will be in touch to set up a meet and greet. We select the best applicant for each dog based on the dog's individual needs. ##2587518##
