Story
Juneau (Juno) is a sweet old man. My mother brought him home from Alaska years ago, but has since become disenchanted with him because she has other, newer pets. He has an issue with spraying (likely because of these other newer pets among other things), so she keeps him locked in her unfinished basement all day. My brother does his best to take him outside once a day, and has tried to keep up with feeding him good wet food and keeping him watered. However, my mother is shrinking the "allowed space", and my brother cannot afford to keep him cared for. We would love to find a good loving home for Junea to spend his twilight years in. Something with a soft bed and maybe a window to look out at. He is experienced with dogs and other cats (he has an un-bonded brother whom we are also looking for a good home for), and tolerant of children. He is showing some signs of arthritis, and may need medication for that going forward. Please reach out if you are interested in taking Juneau home!
