Pat's Little Angels got Fluffy as an owner turn-in when she was moving. She had six small dogs that she wanted to take with her. They were loud and active so Fluffy was not comfortable around them. She would stay up high on her cat condo or on the cabinets to avoid them. The former owner got Fluffy as a kitten. Fluffy likes to be petted and held but only for a short time. She will let you know she wants you to stop or set her down by swishing her tail quickly. She is submissive to other cats and acts neutral toward them. She is a sweet cat. Fluffy will need a new home where she can be allowed her space and choose to come to people. She can be an only cat and should be OK with calm, quiet dogs that are neutral toward her. Fluffy probably wouldn't do well with children younger than 16 years old. She is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and tested negative for FIV and FeLV. Fluffy is located in Charles Town, West Virginia.

We feel this cat is confident to be successfully introduced to a calm cat-friendly dog over time and he's getting along well with his foster feline siblings. However, what truly sets Sokkar apart are his affectionate and loving qualities. He has a sweet nature and a strong desire to be with people. He loves to climb onto laps, cuddle up next to someone, and is perfectly content to watch a show or keep someone company while they work on their computer. Sokkar thrives on human interaction and craves a home where he will receive plenty of attention. He enjoys being petted, will lay his head on a shoulder as he's being stroked, and simply enjoys being in the presence of his human companions. He is vocal, loves to engaage in conversations, and has a raspy "smoker's" voice. Sokkar is estimated to be about 1.5 years old. He is fully vetted, neutered, combo tested and microchipped, making him ready for his new home. It's likely that his fur willl continue to fluff out as he's on a consistently healthy diet. His journey to Northern Virginia was a long one, all the way from Egypt. During his time there, his rescuer formed a strong bond with him, which speaks volumes about his special nature. This rescuer is eager to receive updates as he settles into his permanent family, reflecting their deep affection for this wonderful cat. Currently, Sokkar is being fostered in Burke, VA, where he continues to charm everyone he meets. He is looking for a forever home where someone will be around often to provide the love and companionship he so deeply desires.
