Story
Meet Calliope and Jolie Calliope is a purebred Ragdoll that came to us with Rex a year ago. She is now 5.5 years old. She is shy, but a total sweetheart. She is going to have another dental upon return as she, unfortunately, has stomatitis that is still bothering her. Jolie is a shy, but sweet girl at almost 3 years old. She came to us in 2022, pregnant with 4 babies. Sadly only 1 baby made it. Jolie and Calliope were adopted together and while they have very docile personalities, they have teamed up against their even more docile housemate. Story
Prada and Chanel are siblings from same litter. Chanel is more outgoing and friendly while Prada is a bit more reserved. They can be adopted together or separately as while they are siblings they only tolerate each other and are not affectionate towards each other.

Story
Our family situation has changed and we have decided to find a new home for our 2 Ragdoll Cats. They are both sweet cats but I’d recommend them for a family without small children. We took Corbin kitty into our home because Autumn kitty clearly needed a friend. He’s become a big boy that mostly lounges around and asks for food. He does show some mild selective dominance over Autumn. We’ve found that when we bath them every few months there is less tension between the cats even though they smell fine to us without regular baths. We think these cats are sensitive to scents and more or less tell each other “I don’t want you stinking up my favorite spot” LOL! Corbin likes to hang around people but isn’t a lap cat per say. He’d rather sit at the foot of the bed and wake us up for food in the morning. When he was a kitten he jumped from the top of the stairs and had to have hip surgery. It doesn’t seem to bother him these days but might as he ages.

Story
Our family situation has changed and we have decided to find a new home for our 2 Ragdoll Cats. They are both sweet cats but I’d recommend them for a family without small children. We took Autumn kitty into our home about 10years ago. The breeder had a hard time selling her because she was smaller than breed standard and had an incident at the breeders cattery where a book shelf fell on her during a move (no injuries just PTSD). She is still spooked by loud noises to this day. She was kept at the cattery as a surrogate mother for some time and gets very happy, excited, and eager to help at the sound of baby kittens. She also has separation anxiety (which is why we got her a companion cat) and clearly wants companionship when left alone. She has never been destructive due to her anxiety but does crave attention (Ragdoll are social but she can’t get enough love). She is fascinated by water.

Story
Charlie is a precious kitty with soft blue eyes and a loud purr. Despite being only 16 months old, he has endured a challenging life. For most of his young existence, he was confined to a cage in a pet store in Cairo, Egypt, never experiencing freedom. Fortunately, a compassionate rescuer noticed his plight, purchased him, and nursed him back to good health, showing him the kindness of human touch. Believed to be a purebred Ragdoll, Charlie embodies the traits of this beloved breed. Ragdolls are known for their exceptional companionship, empathy, and their ability to connect deeply with human emotions. They are loyal, playful, and have incredibly soft coats and striking blue eyes—all of which Charlie possesses. He adores human interaction, relishing in attention and gentle strokes. Since his recent journey from Egypt to the U.S., Charlie has been adjusting to the new sights and sounds of his foster home in Burke, VA. He has quickly formed a bond with his foster mom but will need time to acclimate to new people and surroundings. He currently shares his space with other cats but dreams of a home where he can receive undivided attention. He would thrive in an environment without dominant cats who might intimidate his gentle nature. Charlie is in excellent health, having been neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. He is ready to find his forever family who can offer him patience and a sense of security as he settles into his new home. In return, Charlie will shower his adopters with unwavering loyalty and affection. If you have the love and attention to dedicate to this adorable kitty, and are willing to send updates to the Egyptian rescuer who remains deeply bonded to him, please reach out for an adoption application. Charlie is ready to become a cherished member of a loving family.
