Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Cat InformationMeet Charlie! A complex character who is ready to steal your heart. While Charlie often gets a lot of attention from his striking beauty, we see him for more than that; it's his character that really shines. Charlie is a gentle soul who is very shy and reserved. Charlie enjoys scratchers and would benefit from a variety of them in home. While he is playful, cuddly, and enjoys pets once he is comfortable, he has long and hard adjustment periods reactionary to change. Due to his life experiences, being skittish is something our cat behaviorist believes will likely be a long term part of Charlie's personality. While Charlie has had a tough time, he deserves a loving owner who can meet his needs and care for him through the rest of his days. He promises he will reward with lots of love and gentle kisses. To be considered for visiting Charlie, you MUST fill out an adoption application and agree to and be able to do the following in order to be considered: **MUST be willing to work with shelter director and cat behaviorist during his transition period** - it will likely be months of hiding after going home, so need someone very patient and knowledgeable about correct ways to socialize a cat, as well as with plenty of time to dedicate **Must be willing to visit the shelter multiple times for at least one month once a week with our cat behaviorist prior to bringing home for adjustment period** **Home cannot have kids, a dog, or more than 2 people. Needs a quiet home with minimal change, visitors, etc. There will be no exceptions to the above.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.January 13, 2026, 4:45 pm

Story
Bilbo is a very sweet cat who was adopted as a kitten. He has had a fairly tough life but is extremely resilient and strong. At 6 months he was hit by a car and broke his pelvis, but made a full recovery. At 2 years old, he managed to break his tail, which needed to be surgically amputated. Despite his physical differences, he’s not considered disabled. He loves to live a full indoor/outdoor life, occasionally hunting for chipmunks and mice around our property. Now that we have 3 young children, we need to be conscious of their health and safety. Bo would be best suited on a farm or a property with an outdoor building, where he can roam freely and hunt but still feel cozy and sheltered. He is the most affectionate and easy going cat but dreads being stuck indoors for long periods of time. Please reach out if you have any questions about Bo!

Story
We originally rescued Levi in Montana. He is extremely playful and was a great first pet for us when it was just my wife and I. After we rescued another cat and have 2 children, he has gotten more aggressive with our other cat. I don’t believe our home is the right fit for him anymore and we just want to find him a healthy, safe and happy home.

Story
About a year ago, I rescued a cat from a park where I used to walk. I had been feeding and spending time with him for nearly a year before bringing him home. His name is Bisous (which means “kisses” in French) and he is the sweetest companion you could ask for. His veterinarian estimates he is about 3 years old. Sadly, due to a cat dander allergy, I am looking for a forever home for him. Bisous adores attention. He loves to be petted and brushed and will happily follow you from room to room like your little shadow. He thrives on companionship and simply wants to be near his person. He is gentle, calm, and well-mannered — he has never scratched furniture or people. He greets you each morning with happy meows and enjoys spending the day close by. To help make his transition as smooth as possible, I will provide his litter box, large litter mat, carrier, cat tree, scratch pads, food bowls, toys, and food, treats, and litter.

Story
I am trying to re-home my kitty Milo, because he is not happy with my other cats. Milo is harness trained and loves to take walks like a dog. Milo was found as a stray. He is a 3-year-old orange tiger tabby. Milo is neutered, vaccinated, flea treated, tested for FeLV and FIV (negative). He has a microchip. He has had all his shots for the year. Milo would be better and happier with someone who doesn't have other cats. Dogs should be okay. Milo is a very friendly kitty and very social and energetic. He would be great with a pet parent that is adventurous and active. He loves people, cuddles, playing with toys, and taking walks. He does not like being alone, car rides, or being in a carrier or being confined.
