Due to his life experiences, being skittish is something our cat behaviorist believes will likely be a long term part of Charlie's personality. While Charlie has had a tough time, he deserves a loving owner who can meet his needs and care for him through the rest of his days. He promises he will reward with lots of love and gentle kisses. To be considered for visiting Charlie, you MUST fill out an adoption application and agree to and be able to do the following in order to be considered: **MUST be willing to work with shelter director and cat behaviorist during his transition period** - it will likely be months of hiding after going home, so need someone very patient and knowledgeable about correct ways to socialize a cat, as well as with plenty of time to dedicate **Must be willing to visit the shelter multiple times for at least one month once a week with our cat behaviorist prior to bringing home for adjustment period** **Home cannot have kids, a dog, or more than 2 people. Oscar is a blue point with lynx rag doll. He has never been outside. We have one cat that bullies him. He deserves better.

Juno is a 9 month old goofy, sweet girl. Her favorite things include belly rubs, a comfy blanket to suckle on, and chest laying on her favorite humans. Juno would do best as the only pet in the home with no children. She is on a specialized prescribed diet (HA) due to food allergies.

Tucker is a 3 year old male who I’ve been fostering for a couple months now. After taking some time to warm up to me he has become very sweet. He likes to lay on my chest and sleep on the couch while I watch TV. He’s mostly pretty chill. I have other cats in the house and he gets along with them well! My parents dog has been over and he didn’t mind but also wasn’t thrilled, he mostly just left him alone. I don’t know if I would recommend a home with children since Tucker can get overstimulated easily. He is a very sweet boy and has been fun to have around. I would really like to find him a home soon so I can take in more fosters during kitten season.

This is Minx, she’s about 5 years old. She’s been an indoor cat since I found her as a newborn kitten. She’s very independent and usually prefers being left alone to do her own thing throughout the day but she’s very loving. She’s also protective. It takes her time to get use to people but she doesn’t usually attack people or anything like that. She is a bit of a diva. She’s litter trained and low maintenance. I just need to know that she’ll go to someone who will truly love her and have patience for her. I don’t want her to be abandoned outside.. she likes being on her own so there’s no need to get a second fur friend to keep her company but if you happen to do so anyway, it’ll just take her some time to get to know them. I’d say it’ll take a couple to a few months. She’s lived with 4 different cats at some point, it really just takes patience. Shes never been pregnant. She does not spray.
