Story
She was acquired from a breeder in Hawaii while my sister was stationed there. Due to a military move, I've been taking care of her and unfortunately this transition has not been the best. Pepper is not getting along great with my other three cats and I can tell she is very, very stressed. She is litter box trained however she has started going outside of the litterbox which I believe to be stress related. This was not an issue my sister's family ever experienced so I do believe that once she's comfortable once more that behavior will disappear. With my sister, she was a very affectionate and loving lap cat. She has always been apprenheisve of strangers and is very slow to warm. Interested homes need to be patient and experienced with potential fear aggression. She's a sweetheart who just needs the right home.

Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Sweet Jackson climbs into his foster's lap for snuggles, happily dashes all over the house like a fuzzy maniac, then rolls around on the carpet in the hallway, eyes half closed with a happy grin on his face! His foster says he's totally talkative too, getting their attention and chatting with them in his cute, high-pitched mew.... It's so cute, they sometimes call him squeaky! Our vet estimates Jackson to be just over a year old. Included with the adoption is his neuter, all current-due FVRCP, FeLeuk, and rabies vaccinations for kitties over 1-year, deworming, flea treatment, a wellness check, FIV/FeLV combo testing, and microchipping. In addition to being fully vetted, our cats and kittens are highly socialized. We offer a 2-week getting acquainted period and a 2-week wellness guarantee, so you can comfortably settle in with your new kitty! To apply to adopt, please complete an adoption inquiry at www.bluesmews.org so our adoption specialist volunteer can review it and contact you!

Good with cats, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Clover and his sister have had some rough luck, to say the least! At 7 years young, their family added a new family member with severe allergies, and suddenly these two sweeties lost the home they knew. Clover is more outgoing, and his sister Daisy watches to see if he says things are ok before she ventures out as well. They will do fine in separate homes, but if you're thinking of adopting a pair of kitties, these calm, sweet tabbies would make a fabulous duo! Included with the adoption is the kitty's spay/neuter, all current-due FVRCP, FeLeuk, and rabies vaccinations for kitties over 1-year, deworming, flea treatment, a wellness check, FIV/FeLV combo testing, and microchipping. In addition to being fully vetted, our cats and kittens are highly socialized. Not good with kids, Not good with dogs, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Odie is a nervous guy. He's been with his foster mom for quite some time, and still isn't so sure about it when she walks over to him. There ARE a lot of foster siblings there, though... it's possible that with just the right balance of a quiet home and a very patient person, Odie may decide he wants a bit more human interaction (but we don't know, and cannot promise that.) Odie would do best in a quiet home without kids, dogs, or dominant kitties, somewhere he can feel safe and comfortable enough to let his guard down. Included with the adoption is the kitty's spay/neuter, all current-due FVRCP, FeLeuk, and rabies vaccinations for kitties over 1-year, deworming, flea treatment, a wellness check, FIV/FeLV combo testing, and microchipping.
