Meet Shelly
Shelly is a 5-year-old sweetheart weighing about 37 pounds, and she’s the perfect blend of gentle, easygoing, and affectionate. With her low-to-medium energy level, she’s just as happy joining you for a walk as she is relaxing by your side.
Shelly can be a little timid in new places at first, but she warms up quickly and soon shows off her happy, bouncy personality. She walks beautifully on a leash and has an adorable way of “bopping” along, taking in the world around her.
She’s great with both kids and other dogs, making her a wonderful fit for many different types of homes. Shelly is incredibly gentle and sweet—and if you sit down, don’t be surprised if she climbs right into your lap to soak up all the love and pets she can get.
No fenced yard is required for this easygoing girl—she’s simply looking for a loving home where she can feel safe, happy, and cherished.
If you’re searching for a calm, affectionate companion who will happily double as your cuddle buddy, Shelly might be the perfect match.
Adoption donation is $425 cash, $450 credit, debit or Venmo. This donation includes a microchip.
Another great reason to adopt form Greenmore…..
Greenmore Rescue preforms the 4dx blood test on ALL of our adult dogs FREE OF CHARGE to adopters! This blood test checks for diseases such as Lyme and Heartworm Disease that are transmitted to dogs from a tick or mosquito bite. If the dog you are interested in tests positive for any of these conditions, treatment will already have been started or completed. Your Adoption Counselor will review any findings with you and we will provide all medical records, along with any medication the dog may need at the time of adoption.
