Story
Meet Holland: Holland is estimated to be about a 2 year old (as of February 2026) rat terrier / kelpie mix (best guess) that weighs 26 pounds. Holland was found running around Memphis with 2 traveling companions. The trio were brought into a shelter and seemed shy. Our rescue was able to get them into a foster home where they have opened up. Holland is currently being fostered in the Elizabethtown, PA area and would love to meet his forever family. Holland is a cute, affectionate little guy. Holland loves to snuggle up to you at night and gets along well with other dogs in the foster home. Holland doesn't bark excessively and isn't destructive - he’s a great buddy to have around. Holland is currently house trained to a doggie door and may need some patience while adjusting to a new method. We would love for Holland to have a home with a fenced in yard so he can play freely. Holland is up to date on his shots and neutered. If you are interested in adding this little man into your life, please go to Charlie’s Crusaders website (www.charliescrusaders.org) to fill out an application. CURRENT LOCATION: Foster Home in Elizabethtown, PA 17022 Kennel License #17584 ##2650357##

Story
Meet Ripp: Ripp is estimated to be about a 5 year old (as of January 2026) rat terrier mix (best guess) that weighs 28 pounds. Ripp was surrendered by his owners to Animal Control in Brownsville, Tennessee early this year after they said they just didn't want a dog anymore. Luckily Charlie’s Crusaders heard of him and were able to get him into the rescue. Ripp is currently being fostered in the south and would love to take the freedom ride north to Pennsylvania to meet more prospective families. Ripp is a friendly little fellow that requires no time to get to know you. Ripp is playful and gentle and wants to be near you. Ripp is currently house trained to a doggie door and may need some patience while adjusting to a new method. We would love for Ripp to have a home with a fenced in yard so he can play freely. If you are interested in adding this little man into your life, please go to Charlie’s Crusaders website (www.charliescrusaders.org) to fill out an application. CURRENT LOCATION: Tennessee, awaiting transport to PA ##2639006##

Story
Our mama is a tiny little thing — a Rat Terrier/Jack Russell mix weighing just 20 lbs — but we were some BIG babies when we were born! We’re already tipping the scales at around 5 lbs each, so we’ll likely grow into wonderful medium-sized pups. What we may lack in size, we make up for in sweetness. We absolutely love attention and will happily soak up all the cuddles you’re willing to give. Kisses? We’ve got plenty to share! Playtime is one of our favorite times of day. Crinkle toys are at the top of our list (that sound is just too fun!), but honestly, we aren’t picky — if it’s a toy, we’re in! We love to romp, bounce, and then curl up for snuggles once we’ve worn ourselves out. We’re ready to bring love, laughter, and a toy basket full of fun into someone’s life. Are you that someone? Local adoption fee is $250(in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $550 (includes transport to your area)

Please contact Marilyn at 856-275-6905 for more information about this pet.  This dog is located in Newark, DE. Visit us on the web at https://fur-everpaws.com/fur-ever-paws-adoption-application/ to submit an application. Please contact the foster directly at 856-275-6905 (call or text) or via email at Fureverpawsdogrescue@gmail.com&#226&#128&#139 Fur Ever Paws Dog Rescue is a small no kill rescue operating in the Delaware/Maryland area. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit that rescues and places homeless, neglected or abused dogs from high-kill shelters in the south into loving, responsible committed and permanent homes. We feel our comprehensive adoption process which includes not only taking the time to match the dog to the prospective new owner but helping to educate that owner in responsible dog care, allows us to find the best homes for our little buddies and the best companions for you! Each week we use USDA certified transports to bring dogs from high-kill shelters in the south to our fosters where they all receive the appropriate medical care and are placed in nurturing loving homes while they await placement in their forever homes. Interested in one of our dogs? Great! Now that you've seen them here, you'll need to go to our website where you'll find our list of adoptable dogs (updated every week). Then, it's just a simple process of finding a dog you're interested in and filling out an application on our site. Once we receive your application, whoever is fostering that particular dog will contact you and do a short over the phone interview to complete your application process. If everything works out, they will set an appointment with you so come out and "visit" with the dog you're interested in (we want to make sure that not only are you a good fit for the dog but that the dog will fit with you). If everything works out, you'll be able to take rover (or spot, or jax) home with you that very day. A couple of things you should know: We can't hold dogs over the phone or via email. Adoption fees vary based on breed. All of our dogs have been vet checked and dewormed (if possible due to age, additional treatment may be needed). We provide a spay or neuter voucher to all of our adopters. &#226&#128&#139 February 12, 2026, 11:01 am
