Information: Buster was surrendered to the shelter due to owner having too many animals. He is a sweet boy who is extremely scared and nervous here at the shelter. Butster's previous living conditions (hoarding like environment) were less than ideal and he hasn't really been socialized with anything outside the home he was living in. Due to where he came from, he more than likely isn't house broke and would probably do best in a home with older children who will move slow and give him space or no children at all. Buster will require some time to adjust in a new home and the many things that go with being part of a family. Giving him a small area with a safe space verses the enitre house to start will help him to settle in and feel more safe. Please allow him some time to adjust as this could take sever months for him to do. The shelter provides a 5-day health guarantee for adopted animals. This includes health conditions not present or known about by the shelter at the of adoption, which adopter becomes aware of within 5 days. Injuries or accidents that occur at the adopter's home are not covered. The shelter is not responsible for incurred costs from local veterinarians due to non-compliance. ALL adoptions are final! Animals can be returned to the shelter for any reason, however, there are NO refunds or exchanges.
