Story
Hello, my name is Stu and I'm a male 1-year-old jack russell terrier. I am current on my vaccines, heartworm tested, neutered, and soon to be microchipped. 3 words that describe me: Shy, Friendly, Quiet Things staff and volunteers have to say about me: I came to CRHS on a transfer from Texas with my brother Lenny. Life in the shelter has been a little scary for us, but we're making progress every day! I would appreciate an owner that will go slow and take things at my pace. Once I get to know you I'll be a friend for life! Activity level/Energy Level: (1-10): 5/10 Housetraining Status: I have been good at keeping my kennel clean, however it may take me some time to adjust to the schedule in my new home. I should do well in a home: I am required to go to a home with children 5 years and older. I should do well with other dogs given proper introductions and time to adjust. Staff at CRHS are unsure how I'd do with cats. My favorite activities are: Hanging out with my brother Lenny and eating yummy snacks. Things I need work on are: Confidence building, basic commands, and walking on leash Any special needs: N/A Doggy day out notes: N/A Daycare Status: N/A My adoption fee is: $300 Training Requirement if applicable: N/A *If you are interested in adopting, please start by filling out an application available on our website and email it to us. https://www.couleehumane.com/adopt-an-animal
