Check out our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for more pictures & videos of our adoptable dogs!Updated: 4/27/2026 Dog Name: Snoopy Sex: Male Estimated Breed: Rat Terrier/Chihuahua/Aussie Mix Approximate Age: 10 months Birthdate: 6/1/25 Approximate Weight: 17 lbs Spay/Neuter Status: Neutered  Description: Snoopy and his sweet siblings were desperately in need of a hero as their home was becoming overwhelming with so many animals. They risked creating more unwanted litters and our Texas rescue partners stepped in to save 10 pups between two litters.   Snoopy is a very sweet and loving pup! He may be a little shy at first, but with a little patience his sweet personality really shines! Snoopy prefers slow introductions and appreciates having time to warm up to new situations, but once he does, he’ll be your most loyal little shadow. He absolutely loves being with his people and will happily follow you around. Snoopy is a total cuddle bug and enjoys snuggling up whenever he gets the chance! He is settling in well to his foster home and is used to a life with kids and other dogs. He’s doing great with potty training and is also making good progress with crate training. He prefers having his crate nearby, where he can still feel close to his people.    Snoopy is a loving pup who is ready to find his forever home! Could that be yours? Adoption Fee: $450We are a Wisconsin state licensed dog rescue -WI# 402433   ***We do not have a central adoption center at this time. All our dogs are in private foster homes within WI. At this time, we only place our dogs in areas of WI. The breed of our dogs is our best guess with the help of our veterinarians. Our Weight Classes are as follows: 0- 25lbs - Small 26- 45lbs - Medium 46-89 - Large 90+ X-large If you are adopting an adult dog, which we consider 6 months of age or older, your adoption fee includes the following: Spay/Neuter, Rabies and Distemper shots, dewormed, flea & tick preventative, heartworm tested and microchipped. If you are adopting a dog younger than 6 months of age, the dog will be up to date on the shots as per the dogs age. The dog will be dewormed, flea/tick preventative and microchipped. We only spay/neuter our dogs once they're at least 6 months old. If you decide to adopt a younger dog than 6 months, they will need to be spayed/neutered by your veterinarian when they are between 6 to 8 months old. Proof that the spay/neuter has been completed will need to be submitted to Tailwaggers911. Once proof of the spay/neuter has been received, we will refund $100 of your adoption fee via Venmo, PayPal or have a check in the mail within 15 days. Once you are approved with our rescue, you can meet any one of our dogs within the fosters home. If you are interested in the dog you met, you can take the dog home under our mandatory foster to adopt program. You receive 5 days to see if the dog is the right fit for your home. If it is, we will conduct the home visit and finalize adoption. If it is not, it is returned to the foster. We are happy to find you another dog that meets your needs in your home. If a dog is listed as ADOPTION IN PROCESS, a family has met the dog and planning on adopting the dog after the home visit has been conducted. We always suggest sending in an application for a dog because there are times where the dogs are given back to us under the foster to adopt program. There are many reasons dogs are returned but normally it just was not the right fit for all. Please go to WWW.TAILWAGGERS911.COM under HOW TO ADOPT . We have an online application that is very easy to fill out. April 28, 2026, 9:01 pm

Story
Senior lady Molleigh has been part of the New Rattitude family for many years, and her story is one of love, change, and quiet strength. She first came to the rescue in 2020 with her daughter when their family made the difficult decision to surrender them. Both girls found loving homes, and at age 11, Molleigh settled into a wonderful life with two devoted parents, a spacious home filled with sunlight, and plenty of windows for critter-watching—plus uninterrupted snuggle time. Five years later, through no fault of her own, Molleigh finds herself looking for a home. Her adopters, now facing age- and health-related challenges, could no longer provide the care she needs. Now 16 years-old, Molleigh is once again in foster care—comfortingly, with the same foster family who lovingly cared for her back in 2020. Molleigh is a 19 lb. lady who enjoys the simple pleasures in life: long naps in a cozy dog bed, leisurely walks, and tasty treats. She’s a gentle soul who does well with cats and calm dogs. While she spent much of her life around a child, at this stage she would be happiest in a peaceful home without active young children. Stairs are hard for Molleigh, and since she doesn’t like being carried, a single-level home is important for her comfort and safety. She was house-trained in the past, but now uses potty pads—either because she’s forgotten or simply can’t hold it as well as she once did. After so much transition, Molleigh deserves a quiet, loving home where she can relax, feel secure, and be cherished for the rest of her life. If you have room in your heart and home for a gentle senior who asks for very little, Molleigh would love to meet you. For more photos of Molleigh, visit her online photo album at https://imageevent.com/newrattitude/molleigh   If you are interested in adopting this dog, PLEASE READ THE DETAILED ADOPTION PROCESS information on our website at www. NewRattitude.org/adopt/  From there, you can access our adoption application or contact our Adoption Team for more info.March 9, 2026, 11:01 pm

Story
Chad is an agile 1 year old Rat Terrier mix with long legs and a goofy personality He does best with consistent people who provide structure and a sense of safety, which helps him continue to grow and feel secure. He is more dog-focused than people-focused and truly enjoys being around other dogs. He tends to do best with female dogs but can also be matched with the right male, as he is not dominant. While he isn’t overly clingy, he will seek out affection from his people at times. Chad is a quiet dog who rarely barks, both in and out of his crate. He has good house manners and only chews his own toys. He is fully potty trained and crate trained. He naturally matches the energy of the dogs around him, which makes him easy to integrate into a home with other dogs. He enjoys car rides and long hikes with his people, but does best in calmer, more predictable environments. Chad is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and on monthly flea, tick, and heartworm preventatives. He is not a match for a home with cats or with children under 13. An adopter committed to respecting his parameters will help ensure his continued success.
