Born: July 08, 2012 I am 105 lbs., and I am looking for my forever home. Adoption Donation: $75 Meet Harley, a sweet and affectionate Rhodesian Ridgeback/Lab mix looking for his forever home. Harley joined Animal House Shelter after his beloved owner sadly passed away. This senior dog has a gentle soul and a loving nature. He would need to be in a home as the only animal. Harley is house-trained and enjoys car rides, making him a wonderful companion for adventures. Over the years, he’s learned several commands, including "lay," "down," "sit," and "come." He’s great with kids, making him a perfect addition to any family.  Harley is ready to "motor" into your life and share his endless love and loyalty.  All dogs are microchipped, neutered, current on all vaccines, heartworm tested (if age appropriate), and up-to-date on preventatives at the time of adoption. An application is required to view our adoptable pets. All household members and any dogs from the household need to be present to be able to adopt. A photo ID will be required at the time of adoption. Appointments are recommended. All applications are considered general. Specific animals are NOT put on hold for adoption. When you visit, our adoption counselors will be able to make suggestions based on the type of pet you are looking for and help you find the best fit for your family. Animal House Shelter cannot guarantee the breeds of the adoptable animals. The animals are posted on the website as the breed or breed mix based on their physical characteristics they most resemble. We also cannot guarantee the ages of our adoptable animals or how large puppies will be when fully grown. We look forward to seeing you soon! Indy is a very good dog who has been great with our daughter. He needs people that are home more and can spend more time with him. While it’s possible that he has Cushings disease, the vet has not diagnosed him. We currently don’t have the resources to help him continue to live a full life.
