Meet Delilah! She is a Rhodesian ridgebac/boxer mix DOB 8/2015. She is heartworm positive(but staying on heartworm prevention will cause the worms to die off naturally) spayed and up to date on shots. Delilah is good with other dogs and older kids. She has had a rough start in life. She was adopted from the shelter and returned the first time because the person who adopted her was “allergic” to dogs. She was adopted again and returned a second time because the human was moving and didn’t want to take her. The third time she was adopted, she was returned because her third owner passed away. Delilah needs somewhere to call home!

Junebug is a young (around 1 year old) presumed Cur mix with a big heart, busy brain, and lots of love to give. She’s spayed, up to date on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, and ready for a home that truly understands her needs.Junebug is an adventurer at heart—she loves long runs, exploring, and being active—but she also has a strong couch-potato side and is happiest curled up next to her person for a long nap after a day of fun. She’s social, affectionate, athletic, and smart, and she knows basic commands like sit and lay down.According to previous foster homes she is good with dogs, cats, and kids with a proper introduction.. Junebug thrives on companionship and struggles when left alone. She has shown that she prefers to be around people and will need an adopter prepared to help her adjust to being on her own. Her favorite things include bone marrow bones, squeaky toys, sticks, and (fair warning!) whatever she can find. She’s currently eating Purina One Puppy Chow and would do best with plenty of appropriate outlets for chewing and mental stimulation.Junebug’s ideal home is a setting where she has space to run, explore, and truly be a dog—paired with an adopter who is committed to giving her time, structure, companionship, and exercise. She is smart, sweet, deeply affectionate, and incredibly loyal to her people.If you’re looking for a constant companion who wants to be by your side through every adventure and every nap, Junebug may be your perfect match.
