Gideon, affectionately known as “Gidz,” is a 4-year-old Black Mouth Cur with a big heart, an adventurous spirit, and a deep love for his people. This handsome boy is active, intelligent, and happiest when he’s out exploring the world with someone he trusts.
Gidz loves car rides, hiking, swimming, and running — basically anything that lets him be part of the adventure. He’s kennel trained, house trained, and knows basic commands, making him a wonderful companion for someone with an active lifestyle.

Interestingly, Gideon is much more social and relaxed outside of the home environment and has done well meeting animals and people in public settings. Inside the home, however, he prefers having his own space and structure.
