Kakki was born in an Out of the Woods' foster home on December 20, 2025 along with 5 siblings. Mom is a Rottweiler mix who is pretty small for a Rottie, at 40 pounds. We have no knowledge of the daddy but we have come to realize he was bigger than mom and probably longer and lankier, because Kakki is longer and lankier than her mom, as all the puppies, got the beautiful markings of her mom!Kakki was adopted by a family at 14 weeks, but a sudden change in family dynamics caused her to come back to us. Although that is sad news for Kakki, the great news is she learned SO much living with a family! Kakki adores children but can be a little exuberant when she first sees them (or anyone for that matter!), especially when other dogs are around ... she wants it to be all about her and she will push her way right up to the front for some much-wanted petting! This girl is fully house trained, crate trained and rides in a car like a champ! You will be so impressed with her crate training! You simply point and in she goes! (Of course, a treat is always involved!) She is also good on leash and knows how to sit for her meals before she is served. She has a great personality and is friendly, loving and well behaved and loves the other dogs in her foster home. Her BFF is another pup who is almost the same age as Kakki. So another dog in her new home is something we believe Kakki would love! In her foster home, there are a c ouple of dogs who love to dig, but fortunately, she's not one of them! Good girl!Up to date on shots, including rabies, Kakki has also been spayed and microchipped and she receives a monthly flea, tick and heartworm preventative. Kakki weighs 36 pounds and will probably top out around 42, the same size as her mom, only she will be taller and sleeker, as mom is short and compact.
