Story
My name is Bear and here is a little info about me:Breed: RottweilerAge: 3.5 yrsGender: maleWeight: 75 lbsHeight: tbdHighlights: extremely loving, affectionate, curious, energeticLot of energy, this may help...https://links.goodpup.com/shelter/LALDR I am extremely loving and affectionate. My first owner bought me from a breeder with the intent of breeding me. They did not train me or exercise me so I got my energy out the only way a puppy can, by getting into mischief. This resulted in me being kept in a crate or a tiny hallway with the door shut. I was even hit on occasion resulting in me being very timid around the people who should have been showing me love. Once I was no longer a puppy my family lost all interest in me to the point that I was very close to being euthanized. I wisely ran away and found a loving person who contacted LALDR who immediately took me in. I am now in a foster home and am deliriously happy there.  I love meeting new people and other dogs and I am a bit too curious about cats so a home without a cat would be great. I am a very gentle and loving soul. My first foster mom said I am just about perfect except that her cat wouldn't come home when I was there. I was moved to a marvelous home with my foster dad and his other couple of dogs and I'm fitting in well.  I love going for walks so an active home would suit me best I am a high energy dog. I also love going to the dog park and playing with other dogs. Here's a video of me being, well, just plain cute: https://youtu.be/V0vL2SLcUVI. And I certainly know how to give lovins', kiss kiss kiss: https://youtu.be/SqWCw3sGJys. Here I am, not caring I have a cone on after neutering : https://youtu.be/AzTt3EUPBqA. Energy Level: medium highI get along with:Dogs: yesCats: noKids: no Training: My owners didnt bother training me so I don't know much yet. But I am an eager and quick learner. I want nothing more than to please my person.LAL has set up 1 week of free training for me:  https://links.goodpup.com/shelter/LALDR Leash skills: I can walk on a leash, but I am so excited for freedom that I pull. My foster mom is helping me learn my leash manners.  House trained: Yes. Health notes:  I am small for my breed. It is possible my growth was stunted by poor nutrition and by living in a crate too small for me. So I am a mini Rottweiler and just as cute as can be.  My adoption fee is $800 plus taxes. I will be neutered, vaccinated and microchipped prior to adoption.  ##1798603##

Story
Are you seeking a soulful best friend who needs a bit of understanding and love? Well look no further, and meet our sweet fella Diesel! This beautiful boy came into care with his brother, and is seeking to start his own journey alone so he can get what he truly needs for the rest of his days. Diesel can be quite insecure and unsure, and takes some time to warm up to new people visiting him. He does best with routine and positive reinforcement, utilizing redirection and praise! He can show up with this "tough guy" attitude to new comers, and appreciates feeling safe and secure with a slow approach. His ideal guardian would be a confident and keen owner who can help him navigate this using positive methods and know he is safe and new people = fun and great things!Once you've gotten to know Diesel and are in his fan club, you get that fullll membership access to unlimited bum scratches, his signature full body lean, and lots of love! He makes the cutest and sweetest little whines and cries when he sees you coming, and ADORES his besties! He will bond so well his new person, he just needs someone who understands his lack of confidence shows in a defensive attitude and he needs guidance for this. Diesel can be selective with other dogs, and can resource guard high value items with canine companions. He does seem to find comfort around them, but shows alot more of his tough guy attitude when around them, so would be best to live as the only pet. He may make great friends in his future, but really needs to be the center of the show to become his very best self and get the training he needs. Diesel is also seeking a home with no small pets, as he does have a prey drive and wouldn't be compatible to live with them.If you're interested, send us an application! https://spca.bc.ca/adoption/dog-pre-adoption-questionnaire/ Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: Tan Weight: 37.9 Age: 6yrs 7mths 0wks

THIS IS A COURTESY POST. PLEASE CONTACT THE PERSON OR GROUP LISTED BELOW. THIS IS NOT A LOVED AT LAST DOG.  Please contact Amberleigh at Amberleigh87@hotmail.com for more information or to adopt. Hi everyone, I am Cane and here's some information about me: Age: 6  yearsBreed: RottweilerHeight: 28"Weight: 140 lbsGender: Male Highlights: Strong-Willed and Loyal, Needs a Confident Leader I was originally rescued by Paw Stars out of California, and placed with a foster, but unfortunately the rescue suddenly shut down, which has left me looking for a new home. My current foster says that I am powerful, highly intelligent and loyal, but protective and that I thrive with strong, consistent leadership. What can I say, I have a working dog mindset and need an owner who is experienced, confident, and physically capable of managing a dog like me, thus not first-time dog owners or passive households.  I would do best in a home without small children or other pets and would love a stable environment with consistent structire and training. Being a dominant, but not aggressive dog, I just need someone to teach me clear boundaries and someone who is committed with me to my long-term success. I will be forever loyal to my family and for the right person, my foster thinks that I will be a 'once-in-a-lieftime' kind of dog. An adoption fee of $100 applies. THIS IS A COURTESY POST. PLEASE CONTACT THE PERSON OR GROUP LISTED BELOW. THIS IS NOT A LOVED AT LAST DOG.  Please contact Amberleigh at Amberleigh87@hotmail.com for more information or to adopt. ##2423434##
