Story
**Currently fostered in HOUSTON TX but is available for adoption via rescue transportation. We provide a zoom call for you to virtually meet prior to adoption** If you're looking for a big love bug of a Rottweiler, then look no further! Say hello to Sheba. Like her name implies, she is a total QUEEN of a dog! Sheba is the epitome of all Rottweilers. She is large, in charge, loyal, loving, and full of fun. She adores people, and gets along with everyone she meets. Even children, whom she absolutely adores. She grew up with two loving kids and they were the apple of her eye. When they had to rehome her due to life and environment changes, we told them we'd make sure she got the best new family around! She loves other dogs, and enjoys their companionship and play. She gets along with almost all dogs she meets and when they don't mix, she practices heavy avoidance. She has also been around several cats and lived beside them with no issue other than your average keeping an eye on. ((She sometimes thinks EVERYONE needs to play)) So a home with or without cats or dogs would be just fine for Sheba, although a playmate might be more fun! Sheba is exceptional when it comes to training. She is very smart, and extremely eager to please. She will work for food, toys, or affection as all three are just as valuable to her. She already knows many commands such as sit, stay, settle, kennel, heel. She is also fully kennel trained, leash trained, and Housebroken. Sheba has been fully vetted, meaning she is current on vaccines, spayed, heartworm negative and on monthly prevention, and microchipped. For more information, please contact us at MokasMission@Gmail.com For more pics and vids on Sheba, visit us here! https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.595020159332765&type=3

Story
My name is Bear and here is a little info about me:Breed: RottweilerAge: 2 yrsGender: maleWeight: 55 lbsHeight: tbdHighlights: extremely loving, affectionate, curious, gentleLot of energy, this may help...https://links.goodpup.com/shelter/LALDR I am extremely loving and affectionate once I know you. I can be a bit shy when meeting strangers but it doesn't take me long to consider you my new best friend. My previous owners bought me from a breeder with the intent of breeding me. They did not train me or exercise me so I got my energy out the only way a puppy can, by getting into mischief. This resulted in me being kept in a crate or a tiny hallway with the door shut. I was even hit on occasion resulting in me being very timid around the people who should have been showing me love. Once I was no longer a puppy my family lost all interest in me to the point that I was very close to being euthanized. I wisely ran away and found a loving person who contacted LALDR who immediately took me in. I am now in a foster home and am deliriously happy there.  I adore people and other dogs but I am a bit too curious about cats so a home without a cat would be great. I am a very gentle and loving soul. My foster mom says I am just about perfect. I love going for walks so an active home would suit me best. I also love going to the dog park and playing with other dogs. I absolutely adore going for car rides and am a perfect gentleman in the car.  Here's a video of me being, well, just plain cute: https://youtu.be/V0vL2SLcUVI. And I certainly know how to give lovins', kiss kiss kiss: https://youtu.be/SqWCw3sGJys. Here I am, not caring I have a cone on after neutering : https://youtu.be/AzTt3EUPBqA. Energy Level: medium highI get along with:Dogs: yesCats: noKids: yes Training: My owners didnt bother training me so I don't know much yet. But I am an eager and quick learner. I want nothing more than to please my person.LAL has set up 1 week of free training for me:  https://links.goodpup.com/shelter/LALDR Leash skills: I can walk on a leash, but I am so excited for freedom that I pull. My foster mom is helping me learn my leash manners.  House trained: Partly, but still need some guidance. I will likely be house-trained by the time I am adopted. Health notes:  I am small for my breed. It is possible my growth was stunted by poor nutrition and by living in a crate too small for me. So I am a mini Rottweiler and just as cute as can be.  My adoption fee is $800 plus taxes. I will be neutered, vaccinated and microchipped prior to adoption.  ##1798603##

Story
**Currently fostered in Olympia, WA and ready for meet and greets!** This cutie is Aero Bug. She weighs a little under 20 pounds, but she is still growing! We think she may be a Pit Bull / Labrador mix, but with rescue it’s always a mystery! Aero Bug is so playful and sweet. She loves to play with her sibling, Fire Bug, and her toys but also likes to cuddle! Aero Bug is young so she will need a family that can commit to training socialization and all the stuff puppyhood comes with. Her new family will need to continue with potty and crate training and daily exercise. When old enough she will be perfect to go on walks and hikes or show off around your neighborhood. Aero is crate trained and 99% house trained. She knows how to sit for a treat and has beautiful markings on her face and a “necklace” marking around her neck. You will be guaranteed to get lots of kisses in return from your new best friend! The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is one of the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone! Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no choice but to euthanize animals for space. We prepare them for adoption by properly vetting and providing individualized care through our incredible behavior program that consists of socialization and leash training for all animals that enter our adoption program prior to matching them with loving families who will treasure them for the rest of their lives. They are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts once adopted, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! Three Little Pitties Rescue will soon be celebrating our 5 year anniversary! Over the course of this time, we have been very fortunate for so much growth, allowing us to further connect with the community and save many lives. Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 10,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be brought into our rescue program. Together, we can be heroes. Follow along on our rescue journeys through the links below! https://www.threelittlepittiesrescue.org/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $42 surcharge.

Good with dogs,
Story
Meet Sasha, the sweet and snuggly Doberman who's ready to steal your heart and become your loyal companion. Sasha's favourite pastime is following you around the house, staying close to your side, and showering you with affection! She's a true cuddle bug who thrives on human companionship. Sasha loves meeting other dogs and playing with new furry friends, which often leads to her leash manners taking a backseat to her excitement. With a proper introduction, however, Sasha gets along famously with other dogs and relishes their company. Sasha's long walks often turn into mini adventures, especially when she encounters her canine pals along the way! She may take a little longer to do her business when she's all excited, but her enthusiasm is absolutely endearing. When it comes to being left alone, Sasha is a well-behaved sweetheart. She had a brief phase of chewing on things, but once she got her hands on some chew toys she kicked the habit to the curb! She is great around children, and her gentle nature makes her a wonderful family pet. However, she isn't a big fan of cats, so a feline-free home would be best for her. If Sasha sounds like the loving, playful companion that you've been looking for, submit a pre-adoption application at https://spca.bc.ca/survey/dog-adoption-application-vancouver/. Sasha is currently in foster, so our staff will contact suitable applications for interviews and to arrange a meet-and-greet. She is NOT currently at the Vancouver Community Animal Centre.
