Story
Angel is a gorgeous 2-1/2 year old female Rottweiler/Boxer mix who was brought to the HSOV on January 4, 2023 by the Washington County Ohio Dog Warden and the HSOV Humane Officer along with two of her companions (Eleanor and Skippy) who had shared her home. Angel, Eleanor and Skippy were surrendered by their owner to the HSOV a week or so later so that we could find each of them another home. Angel has a sleek black short smooth coat with brown/brindle sharing on her legs, a patch of white on her chest, a short docked tail, and a beautiful face with brown eyes, a square muzzle, and large natural un-cropped ears which frame her face. Angel had a friendly outgoing personality when HSOV Kennel Tech Hayley Sturm assisted her with glamour photos on January 16, 2023. Angel stayed close to Hayley and was interested in all of the sights and sounds near our photo area .. And was alert and curious about other dogs that she saw being walked in the distance. Angel weighs 48.7 lbs and walks fairly well on a leash. She will be spayed before being adopted by her new family (a requirement for HSOV adoptions to be finalized). Angel was spayed on February 14, 2023 and was also given rabies vaccine.

Story
Bane is 1 1/2. He is a loving dog with a goofy personality. He is very playful and loves his toys but when it's rest time, he loves to curl up and just be close to you. He thinks he's a giant baby and will lay right in your lap. We have to rehome because my elderly dog keeps lashing out at him. He gets along great with my other dog, a 5 year old pitt. He has been around plenty of other dogs with no issue. We have 4 kids who he also does fantastic with. He is crate trained but would prefer a home where he will not have to be in a crate for more than a few hours a day. He goes out to the bathroom often and likes a yard to be able to run. He's an all around good dog and we have tried to make it work but my elderly dog is stressed out and Bane is too.
