I know what you’re thinking 🤔 , 8 years old? yeah, that’s what they say 🫤but personally, i think i look pretty good for 8. some might even say distinguished. like a fine wine 🍷 anyways not too long ago, I was in a shelter, and not just to hang out and wait for my person, I was on that list… the one no dog ever wants to be on. and I didn’t really understand why. i’m just a simple guy. I like my ball 🎾 I like my people, and I Try my best every day 🥹 I got another chance at life and maybe that second chance leads me to you! let me tell you a little about me though, i’m what you’d call a “stay close” kind of guy. i’ll be right next to you and no i’m not clingy I just believe life is better when we’re in the same room together. I love being pet. like… really love it. if you’ve got hands, i’ve got time. I’m happiest when i’m soaking up all the love you’re willing to give. I don’t ask for much, just some attention and a comfy spot near you! and my ball… oh man, my ball 🎾 that thing is my pride and joy. my emotional support ball, and my best friend before i met you. if you throw it, I will love you forever. if you don’t throw it… I will politely remind you that you have made a mistake, kidding ill just play alone 😉i’m more of a chill guy these days😎 i’m past all that wild puppy chaos. i don’t need a crazy, busy house to be happy. actually, i’d prefer the opposite. a calm home, some good company, maybe a cozy routine. that’s the dream 💭 I do really well with older dogs who understand that we’re in our let’s just relax era. The super hyper, in your face types of dogs, yeah… not really my vibe. i’m trying to enjoy my golden years, not join a mosh pit 🙃 i’ll be honest about a couple things, because I believe in being upfront in relationships I feel much safer with older, respectful humans who understand that i’m a gentle soul and not a jungle gym 😒 also my ears and feet, those are kind of a no thank you zone. we all have our boundaries, right? Im house trained, I eat well, i’m not aggressive, and yes i do drink a lot of water 💧 gotta stay hydrated, you know😏 and more than anything I just don’t want to be alone anymore! Never heard of her 🤭 I’m somewhere between 3–5 years old, but let’s be real, age is just a number when you’re this handsome😌 My foster mom says I’m a gentle soul, and I think she’s right. I’m not here for chaos, drama, or CrossFit level activity. I’m more of a let’s sit together, relax, and maybe take a nice walk later kind of guy ❤️ Think cozy vibes, not cardio 🏃‍♀️ I’m basically a professional shadow. If you go to the kitchen I’m there. Bathroom, Don’t worry, I’ve got security covered. Couch, Already saved you a spot right next to me 😃 And when I want pets, which is always, I give the cutest little nose nudges. And maybe steal your spot on the couch 🛋️ 🫣 I’d be perfect for a retired couple looking for a built in travel buddy, or a family that’s home a lot because I am 100% committed to being involved in everything you do. I’d prefer to be your one and only dog because sharing attention isn’t fun 😌 And cats, well let’s just say I find them very interesting 👀 A little too interesting. So a no cat home is best unless you want me starting a neighborhood watch program. The good news is I’m potty trained, crate trained, great with people and kids, and full of love. I’m a petite little lady with a dainty frame, but don’t let that fool you… I’ve got a surprising amount of spunk packed into this tiny body 🤭 My favorite things in life are the simple ones: nice walks, cozy warm beds, and treats of any kind (seriously… I’m not picky). I’m also a great passenger in the car 🚗 so if you like little adventures or just running errands with a buddy, I’m happy to ride along ☺️ I’m very proud to say I’m a perfect house guest. I’m 100% potty trained and haven’t had a single accident in the house, even though my foster mom works long hours, she’s a nurse 🩺 I walk nicely on a leash, I’m polite, and I’m just happy being part of the routine. I do take a little medicine for my hips, but as long as you tuck it into something tasty, I’ll take it very gently like the good girl I am 😇After that, you’ll probably see my little nub wagging away because I’m always happy to be near my people. I’m generally social with other dogs, but like any polite lady, I prefer slow and thoughtful introductions. Once I feel comfortable, I can enjoy their company, but if I’m being honest… humans are really my favorite 🥰I just love being close to my person, laying beside you, keeping you company, and soaking up all the love. Oh! And I should probably warn you about one of my special talents… when the fire trucks go by, I like to sing along. 🚒🎤🎶 Yep. I’ll throw my head back and give them a little howl. I think it’s hilarious. My foster family does too. I’m about eight years old now, which means I’m in my golden years. I’m not looking for chaos or anything fancy. I’m just dreaming 💭 about a gentle, loving home where I can relax, be adored, and spend my days right beside my person.
