Lil Girl is a sweetheart! She greeted me inside with a crooked grin to go with her crooked ears & wagging tail from the very start. However, she was very afraid in the noisy kennels & refused to come out. Did some bucket sitting inside her kennel & finally got her outside! She was so happy. She is still shy so you will have to be patient to win her trust, but it is soooo worth it.

Jade is a young adult Rottweiller that belonged to and was raised by backyard breeder till ended up with loving man that took care of her. She is now in a foster home with two other large breed dogs, but is was initially a challenge. Jade is crate trained and stays in it when foster Dad is gone for long hours. She is loving...thinks she is a lap top, but she is also strong-willed. Jade is starved for attention and can overly excited at times. But she does know some basic commands: sit, down. Wait and stay are harder, but she is learning. She needs a family that can walk her and play with her alot! She is a cuddle-bug...starved for attention as she was probably tied up in someone's backyard! She forgets that she is now 72-75 lbs of goofiness! Jade loves to snuggle up with people. She is good with kids, but since a big goofball...kids over 12 ONLY. Jade is a dominant dog so should only be with another dog that is submissive and one that likes to play. A meet and greet will be required. She requires a fenced in yard..preferably a privacy fence. Dutchess came into our lives more recently, and has been the biggest cuddle bug youll ever meet. She loves attention (always) and values naps/walks together more than anything. w/ Dogs: She is super good, doesnt nip/bite, and is always willing to make a new friend. w/ Cats: She gets really excited to see them and is the upmost curious. Not mean or rough housing whatsoever. w/ Kids: We are unsure exactly how she is around them, but she’s remained calm at the dog park when kids are also around. Important things to note: Shes 6 as of recent! We are rehoming her due to her *seeming* to need another companion to be happy. We are unable to get another dog in our place, and feel the environment change would benefit her the most. She is on a diet that helps her tummy. We know she has rottweiler in her, but unsure of her exact mix.
