Story
I rescued Tommy as an outside cat in October 2025. I would visit him after work, and one night I found that there was a coyote across the park from us in our complex. I brought him in and the next day took him over from the owner. I am not a cat person, but he is very comfortable to have in my apartment. He loves pets and scratches all over and will even roll on his back for you to pet his belly. His favorite toys are springs and feathers on a stick (will include). He eats just about any dry food and adjusts well over a few day period of mixing in. He has always been litter box trained since I’ve had him, and I have bathed him every few months to keep his coat clean. I will include all food/toys/supplies I have with him; I just want him to go to a good (indoor) home permanently.

Hello there! My name is Rocket and I think they named me that because I have so much energy! I am a Russian Blue male and I’m about 1 ½ years old, so I love to run around and jump and play. I also purr a lot, and I am VERY affectionate…. And sometimes when I get really excited , I like to bite, so I'm not sure that I'd be a good fit for a home with little kids. I get along with other cats, but I do play pretty rough sometimes, and occasionally like to chase the other kitties around. I don’t know where I originally came from, but I ended up in a not very nice shelter and then someone adopted me; but, it turns out they couldn’t keep me because they moved to a place that didn’t allow animals …and after moving me around to a lot of other people, (which was very stressful), I ended up with Cat Posse Rescue. They are taking really good care of me now and helping me find my forever home. PLEASE NOTE THAT I AM ON A URINARY DIET- WHICH MEANS THAT IF I EAT DRY FOOD, IT HAS TO BE URINARY DRY FOOD. Date of Birth: 07/01/2023 Ash showed up at someone's home in South Los Angeles and was begging to come inside. They wouldn't let him in as they have a young cat and didn't want to expose him to anything Ash might have. So they reached out to us and we had them take him to our vet to be checked out and boarded until we could find a foster for him. He is an absolute sweetheart! He has been checked out by our vet and cleared for all parasites. He is FIV+, which just means his x system can be compromised, but with good care FIV+ cats can live a long, full life. Luna is a beautiful russian blue female. 3 yrs old. She is not like any other cat, loves kids, is very social (that’s right! Not the typical cat) she loves to be groomed, as soon as she sees a brush she knows it’s time for grooming or she will go directly where we groom her. Loves being around people and curious with small dogs but prefers human company. She doesn’t like food that contains fish, it makes her a little sick, she loves chicken and chicken greenies smartbites are her absolute favorite. She has been very healthy, fully vaccinated and updated in her vaccinations. If you want to be greeted when you get back home Luna will be right by the door to welcome you with purrs. She doesn’t not like outdoors but will peek out the door only, she loves the indoors.
