We got her and another cat at the same time as rescues. They have both been great cats, however, Rose is a lap cat that requires more attention than we have to offer and our other car is much more independent. I work at night and sleep during the day. My wife and daughter both are in school and work. She is a purr machine that would love to curl up next to someone and be pet while you do your favorite activity.

Winnie was adopted by my bleeding heart granddaughter. She went to get a dog and already had two male cats. They sort of pushed Winnie on her because she was only year old and scheduled for euthanasia. My granddaughter had no idea how to handle a special needs cat. The two males were constantly picking on her. She hid all the time. My granddaughter was living with me at the time so when she moved out I told her to leave Winnie here. The problem is that I have three dogs and two cats of my own. She is not socializing at all. She still will not let me touch her ... I can only go in and feed her an clean her litter. I know she has so much more life in her to live with the right person! PLEASE PLEASE help me give this baby a new life!!

THis gorgeous russian blue mix is SO LOVING!! All she wants is pets and attention from her humans. She seems good with other kitties and friendly doggos after proper, slow introductions but would likely make a good only-kitty too, as long as her family can spend lots of time with her. She was found outside in a colony of feral cats, pregnant and scared. She was so happy to be rescued! She is a very enthusiastic eater and loves dry food more than wet (although it's possible we havent found her favorite variety of wet food yet!) More than anything, she just wants love.  ##2702609##

Apollo came into my life as a tiny barn kitten when he was small enough to fit in the palm of my hand. For the past 9 wonderful years, he has been a beloved member of our family and has brought us so much love, companionship, and joy. Apollo is a sweet, affectionate, and easygoing cat. He has the perfect balance of being playful when he wants attention and a relaxed, laid-back companion when it’s time to lounge around. Apollo is great with children/family members, and he has always been a gentle and loving cat. He is good with dogs/other cats and has a calm personality that makes him a wonderful companion. He is fully litter box trained, and enjoys the simple things like relaxing, being comfortable, and spending time with the people he loves. However, our family has grown, and with our new responsibilities we are no longer able to give Apollo the time, attention, and companionship that he deserves. We want to find him a home where he can continue to receive the love and attention.
