I’ll come to you when I’m ready — and when I do, I’m affectionate, sweet, and loud enough to rattle the windows with my purr.   Just don’t stop petting me too soon. I might give you a little swat to remind you of your responsibilities.   At night, I claim my pillow on the bed. Yes, my pillow. You get the rest of the mattress. That’s the arrangement.
