Russian Blue kittens & cats in Dade City, Florida

THis gorgeous russian blue mix is SO LOVING!! All she wants is pets and attention from her humans. She seems good with other kitties and friendly doggos after proper, slow introductions but would likely make a good only-kitty too, as long as her family can spend lots of time with her. She was found outside in a colony of feral cats, pregnant and scared. She was so happy to be rescued! She is a very enthusiastic eater and loves dry food more than wet (although it's possible we havent found her favorite variety of wet food yet!) More than anything, she just wants love.  ##2702609##

Pavarti was adopted from us as a very young kitten and sadly returned right around her one-year mark — through no fault of her own. She is now experiencing something commonly referred to as single kitten syndrome, which is exactly why we strongly encourage kittens to be adopted in pairs or into homes with another young, playful cat. When kittens grow up without other feline companions, they can sometimes struggle with confidence, boundaries, and appropriate play behaviors. Pavarti came from a home with no other pets and young children, and we believe a lot of her current challenges stem from a lack of feline companionship and overstimulation in that environment. In the shelter, she is actually doing fairly well — but she is clearly stressed. Shelter life isn’t easy for any cat, especially one who is still building confidence. Pavarti would thrive in an adult-only home that understands she may need patience, structure, and time to feel secure. She isn’t a “perfect” cat — she’s a cat who needs someone willing to work through her insecurities and help her blossom. Underneath it all, Pavarti is still a young cat with so much potential. With the right environment — calm, consistent, and ideally with a confident feline companion — we truly believe she can grow into a wonderful, balanced adult cat.

Blu and her son Onyx recently lost their home when their owner suddenly past away. They are the sweetest cats. Blu is a little more reserved than Onxy but when she gets comfortable she rolls over for tummy rubs. These cats were spoiled and very loved and would love to be in a home where they can get lots of attention.

Rain is a quiet, gentle soul looking for a patient and understanding home. Rain tends to be shy and reserved, often observing the world from a safe distance, but he has consistently shown a cooperative and kind nature during his time at the shelter. Rain is FeLV positive (feline leukemia virus), so he will need a committed adopter who can provide attentive care and keep him indoors to support his long-term health. He also has a scar on the cornea of his left eye, but it does not stop him from getting around comfortably! While he may not immediately seek out affection, with time, stability, and a calm environment, Rain has the potential to form a deep and meaningful bond with someone willing to let him open up at his own pace.

One thing about Cerberus… he is going to LOVE you 🥹🩶 This boy is pure affection. He wants your attention, your pets, your time… and honestly, he deserves it all. He’s the kind of cat that makes a house feel like home.
