Alani is tiny, dramatic, demanding, and absolutely convinced that the entire world revolves around her. And quite frankly, we're not going to be the ones to tell her otherwise. This little girl is a whole lot of personality packed into one very small body. She's adventurous, ridiculously playful, and always ready to launch a surprise attack on an unsuspecting toy, sibling, or anything else that happens to move in her general direction. And don't let her size fool you. Alani has absolutely no concept of her own limitations. If something can be climbed, she's climbing it. Cat tree? Obviously. Furniture? Of course. Curtains several feet off the ground? Apparently those are fair game too. Her foster has already caught her scaling the curtains like a tiny mountain climber, and we're pretty sure Alani was quite proud of herself. But underneath all that chaos is a surprisingly cuddly little girl. When Alani decides it's time for affection, she can be incredibly sweet and snuggly. Just remember that she's the one making the rules, and she reserves the right to switch from cuddle mode to attack mode at any given moment. For all her bravery when it comes to climbing and exploring, Alani does have a sensitive side. Loud noises can startle her, and when something scares her, she has an impressive ability to launch herself surprisingly far to get away. She'll appreciate a home where she can feel secure while still having plenty of opportunities to explore. Alani is not your average quiet, delicate little kitten. She's a fearless climber, a professional drama queen, an enthusiastic troublemaker, and an occasional cuddle bug, all rolled into one. If you're looking for a kitten who will keep you laughing, keep you on your toes, and occasionally make you question why you own curtains in the first place, Alani is your girl. Currently in a foster home in Chattanooga, TN, and available for transport to a number of locations within the continental United States. Fiona was adopted from a kitten rescue organization. She's an amazing feline. Smart, loving and active. Litter box trained, but also enjoys time outdoors.

There are 2 cats that need new homes. Shadow, in the foreground of the pictures, and Smoke in the background. They are brothers from the same litter.Shadow has fought with my senior cats and is stressing one of them to the point where the senior poops and pees outside the litter boxes to establish his territory.We also have a 3 week old infant in the house. It’s not sanitary for the baby, and they interactions with the other cats is too much for us to deal with.Shadow is outgoing and loves to get pet. He also wants to be the “ruler” of the house over the other cats.

Showed up at my house in September of 2021. (Maybe 2020). Skin and bones, covered in fleas. Fattened him up, took him to the vet. He had a chip and was fixed. Owner offered for me to keep him, but I told them to get their cat, but if he showed again, I would keep him. 3 weeks later when it was below freezing, he showed up again, and I kept him with the owner’s consent. His brother (shadow) showed up a year later. Same owner, same offer. I kept him too. Unfortunately we have a 3 week old baby in the house now, and Shadow (not Smoke) does not get along with the other cats very well, causing stress to my most senior cat, who poops and pees outside the litter boxes to establish his territory. It’s unhealthy for the baby, so we need to find homes for the brothers Smoke and Shadow.
