Russian Blue kittens & cats in Newburgh, New York

Smoky is a man of mysteries. He is a big boy with an even bigger personality. He is comfortable with other cats/kittens, but prefers his space. He has met the foster family dog and had little interest or concern. He would be wonderful as an only cat/companion animal because he does love attention.  He's very affectionate! He loves to take naps in beams of sun, and doesn't really play that much. A quiet, chill house would be great for this guy. Smoky is FIV+ and had stomatitus. To treat this autoimmune disease, his teeth were removed and he's done much better without them. He's a good eater and loves his friskies.  We estimate his birth year to be 2017. Smoky was abandoned by his "family", who moved and left him behind. He remained in the neighborhood where he returned to his home each night and sat on the porch. We discovered his situation when a neighbor called about a colony of community cats they were feeding. Our required adoption donation is $150 per kitten or $125 per cat (older than 9 months). All our rescues are up to date on shots, microchipped, tested for FIV/FeLV/Heartworm (Smoky is FIV+). They are dewormed, treated for parasites and free of fleas. Each is spayed or neutered and given a rabies vaccination.  An application must be completed to be considered to adopt from Stray HELP. Meet Fitzgerald DECLAWED gorgeous love bugs! WOWWWW is the only word to describe these two fantastic beauties! Meet our new declawed duo - 8yr olds - Olivia and Fitzgerald - young senior Blue mixes who have had a sad time since their owner passed recently. They are absolutely the sweetest and simply the best lovers ever - gentle soft and wonderful! They had quite a sad story: we rescued them after they were abandoned at a hi kill shelter for no fault of their own - no relative in their home would take them after their owner passed and they had been there for their whole lives. Remarkably both thrived after we put a hold on them and we are thrilled to have them make their journey from Kentucky here to our foster home. Both are gorgeous in their own way and healthy and happy - which explains their soft fur and great personalities! They are sweet and gentle and probably would be best in a home that needs gentle love bugs even as therapy cats. Olivia is now adopted and Fitzgerald is ready - no other pets please. She's got the prettiest fluffy face and the prettiest soul! True lover girl! Lena - 1-2y Siamese beauty - her southern foster reports "Lena is a non stop purr machine. Very friendly, great with kids and cats, doesnt mind cat friendly dogs. Did we mention always purring, oh and beautiful!?" She's a rare gem! Arty (aka Artemis) - This 1y old Bombay mix boy is the sweetest of the sweet - his foster reports, "This boy is a total love bug, he is all about snuggles and head bumps and all the petting in the world." He is made for therapy and loves other pets and kids too! Molly - 2y yr old Bombay dream girl. Want a lap kitty? Well here she is! Ready and excited to snuggle you wherever u go! She is delicious in every way - a perfect lady and still fun kitten too. Fine with kids and other cats, can be scared of dogs but is not aggressive towards them. 3 year old Ren is a gorgeous biig guy who weighs 13 lbs. and is a Russian Blue.  He was formerly with a senior woman who is disabled and couldn't care for him anymore Once he warms up he loves pats and a good warm lap. He might need to be the only cat in the house as he doesn't play with others right now. Our Russian Blue boy is called Ivan and is a super affectionate and very loving 8 year old,12 lbs.ioverboy.  He is so interactive with anybody that comes in to the home that he is living.  He and a pretty 6 yr old tabby girl named Cleo Our living in a house that is deserted since their owner died.  A neighbor family is taking care of them until the health is auction off.  They cannot bring them home to their house because of family allergies. They have lived with another cat and a dog but they have been removed from the home. The neighbor has contacted Critter Cavalry about these two and their plight. We are trying desperately to find a home for each one or a foster.  Time is running out because the house will soon be auctioned off.
