Russian Blue kittens & cats in Newburgh, New York

Smoky is a man of mysteries. He is a big boy with an even bigger personality. He is comfortable with other cats/kittens, but prefers his space. He has met the foster family dog and had little interest or concern. He would be wonderful as an only cat/companion animal because he does love attention.  He's very affectionate! He loves to take naps in beams of sun, and doesn't really play that much. A quiet, chill house would be great for this guy. Smoky is FIV+ and had stomatitus. To treat this autoimmune disease, his teeth were removed and he's done much better without them. He's a good eater and loves his friskies.  We estimate his birth year to be 2017. Smoky was abandoned by his "family", who moved and left him behind. He remained in the neighborhood where he returned to his home each night and sat on the porch. We discovered his situation when a neighbor called about a colony of community cats they were feeding. Our required adoption donation is $150 per kitten or $125 per cat (older than 9 months). All our rescues are up to date on shots, microchipped, tested for FIV/FeLV/Heartworm (Smoky is FIV+). They are dewormed, treated for parasites and free of fleas. Each is spayed or neutered and given a rabies vaccination.  An application must be completed to be considered to adopt from Stray HELP. Natalie - queen of our hearts! Rainbow silver beauty! Winter is here in NY so we need to get our fosters OUT and into homes here! Our bells and beaus are excited and ready to love love love you! So many amazing cuddly happy friendly and just awesome adults and babies! Lets chat about them... Natalie and Owen - these 6-8m old angels are so darn sweet it's ridiculous really! I mean they are still babies and yet already so gentle and so sweet that we are noting possible therapy cat potential already! love EVERYBODY - can be carried and snuggle non stop - both fixed and ready to go - even can be solo cats! WOW! Veronica - this 2yr old Coon mix is not huge sizewise but HUGE personality wise. She is sweet sweet sweet and soooo gorgeous! Striking color and such soft fur - purring non stop and what a head booper! Truly special! Iris - this spectacular 3yr old Maine Coon mix is big beautiful and WOW awesome - super sweet plush and cuddly. She is just "that" cat that makes u go "oh my" the minute u see her as she is just gorgeous and unique. She is friendly happy cuddly and great with everyone she meets. Joy - this 6m old sweetheart is a silvery princess who LIVES to snuggle right in your arms. She came from a sad situation so can be shy initially but then WOW does her purr motor go. She will fast bond with her new family and soon be a cat dog once relaxed. She has captured ALL our hearts - very special girl Venus - 16m old supermodel goddess has all the qualities of a Coon mix - beauty love and joy - not super huge but still can grow. She is a gem of gems and seems to adjust rapidly in all types of homes. Old enough to go solo and truly gorgeous. Tiger is terrrifffficcc!! THERAPY LAP Kitten - VIDEOS's Story Our fosters are have so many kittens are now big enough to be adopted. They are anywhere from 2 to 6m old so some are too small to be solo pets in a home UNLESS u already have a young cat in your home - but many now big enough. All are absolutely the sweetest and simply some of the cutest and prettiest kitties ever! Holly - at 6m we already know this gem of gems is made for therapy - we have SOOO many videos from just the clinic with everyone madly in love with her. She is THAT friendly and that special. Perfect for kids and homes with other pets - just fantastic in every way. Doodle and Twizzler - these 5m old cuties are so hard for us to photograph as all they want to do is love love love u non stop. Purring and head butting and trying to sit on our shoulders and laps makes it hard to capture them on film - they are just epic sweet!! Made for all families of all ages and other pets too! Dragon - this 5m old Turkish van cutie pie is SOOO darn cute it's ridiculous!! Despite having survived a bad dog attack leaving him with slight scarring, he is still great with ALL pets even dogs and adores kids. He is just a bundle of love!! Sylvester - this 4m old Bombay looks MASSIVE in pics but he's TINY. He is super friendly and like a mini cat dog, wanting to tell u about his day and comes running for attention the minute u call! He is so sweet and truly remarkable even at his young age! Dusty Tiger and Salem - these 8 m old cuties are prob some of THE friendliest kittens we have currently and have had in a long time, even though we specialize in therapy cats! They are ALL that cool and that fun. Rescued from a shelter after living in foster and not noticed, we had to have them join our rescue family and can't wait for them to meet their forever LUCKY families! - each is sweeter than the next - lap kittens AND therapy kittens WOW Kit - this 3-4m old cutie just keeps getting ignored. When u first meet him he seems quiet and shy, but he is absolutely the cuddliest and cutest boy ever! He longs for a family where he can sleep in bed with u or the kids and have other pet friends. Once relaxed he is happy friendly and perfect. Fixed too and old enough to go solo! These babies were all fostered in a wonderful home after they were abandoned in KY at a high kill shelter and then cared for by our incredible NY and KY foster teams! They are all friendly and fun and great for any family - they seem fine with kids and should be fine with other gentle cats and with a gentle dog. They are incredibly affectionate, super snuggly, and simply the most purrfect kitties! Joel is the sweetest little kitten. 4 months old. Natasha is a beautiful bobtail Russian blue. She gets along with other cats a little shy at first she has become fully vetted. She has been combo tested negative for feline leukemia. GIGI is a beautiful, all-gray (possible Russian Blue mix) lady with a gentle spirit and a heart ready to love. At around 5–7 years old, she’s the definition of low-maintenance grace. She enjoys the simple pleasures — batting at her toys, lounging by the window, keeping quiet company beside you, gentle pets and giving sweet little kisses. Gigi will rub all over you and even greet you at the door when you get home. Gigi will thrive in an adult-only home where she will have time and patience to settle into a new home. While Gigi is perfectly content as a solo queen, she can live with other cats as long as introductions are slow and thoughtful. Gigi’s future is full of promise.
