Smoky is a man of mysteries. He is a big boy with an even bigger personality. He is comfortable with other cats/kittens, but prefers his space. He has met the foster family dog and had little interest or concern. He would be wonderful as an only cat/companion animal because he does love attention.  He's very affectionate! He loves to take naps in beams of sun, and doesn't really play that much. A quiet, chill house would be great for this guy. Smoky is FIV+ and had stomatitus. To treat this autoimmune disease, his teeth were removed and he's done much better without them. He's a good eater and loves his friskies.  We estimate his birth year to be 2017. Smoky was abandoned by his "family", who moved and left him behind. He remained in the neighborhood where he returned to his home each night and sat on the porch. We discovered his situation when a neighbor called about a colony of community cats they were feeding. Our required adoption donation is $150 per kitten or $125 per cat (older than 9 months). All our rescues are up to date on shots, microchipped, tested for FIV/FeLV/Heartworm (Smoky is FIV+). They are dewormed, treated for parasites and free of fleas. Each is spayed or neutered and given a rabies vaccination.  An application must be completed to be considered to adopt from Stray HELP. Our fosters are have so many kittens are now big enough to be adopted. They are anywhere from 8 to 10 wks old so ALL are TOO SMALL TO GO as SOLO pets to a home UNLESS u already have a young cat in your home - so have to be paired up. They are absolutely the sweetest and simply some of the cutest and prettiest kitties ever! Pumpkin, Cinnamon, Cider, Apple, Spice, Caramel - what's more wonderful than Fall and all it's wonders? well Fall inspired 10-12 wk kittens who even match with their fur! these sweethearts are so cuddly and warm and wonderful that u will have the BEST of fall for the rest of your life with these babies in your life - All fixed and ready to go Albert, Alvin, Adam, Ally, and Annie - teeny weeny 8 wk old treasures - raised all their lives in foster! super friendly and precious - may be too small to alter at time of adoption but we are hoping for them to make weight this week! Harry Herbie Hazel (8-10w) and their bffs Chili and Jax (10-12w) - these cuties are fun fun FUN! From tiny to chonky, they are an array of colors and fur types but ALL are the sweetest of sweet. Chili and Jax are almost ready to be solo but right now they are still really in need of a buddy cat like the tinier ones. All adore kids and dogs too! These babies were all fostered in a wonderful home after they were abandoned in KY at a high kill shelter and then cared for by our incredible NY and KY foster teams! They are all friendly and fun and great for any family - they seem fine with kids and should be fine with other gentle cats and with a gentle dog. They are incredibly affectionate, super snuggly, and simply the most purrfect kitties! Again ALL of these babies are TOO SMALL to go solo so u must have another young cat in the home or adopt in pairs. All kittens no matter what age, do not grow up with the best behaviors without another cat to help them esp during their tween months. ADOPTERS UNDER THE AGE OF 23 MUST HAVE A PARENT OR GUARDIAN APPLY We do NOT test for hypoallergenic qualities or exact breeds as we are a rescue so also please do not ask! Joel is a sweet playful friendly three and a halp h Ioimonth old kitten. He loves everybody. He gets along with the other kittens and cats. He will come with one kitten shot. He will need two more at three week intervals and also he will not be neutered by us. We do not neuter our kittens male kittens until seven months per our vets recommendation. Natasha is a beautiful bobtail Russian blue. She gets along with other cats a little shy at first she has become fully vetted. She has been combo tested negative for feline leukemia.
