Story
Russian Invasion! Meet Smudge, the medium sized sister of a litter of 3 long-to-medium haired Russian Blue kittens who arrived here all the way from….Laredo! Although she’s the medium sister, she is anything but average & does not have any middle sibling issues! She is the perfect balance of playful & cuddly. She loves toys making nests behind drapes of fabric, exploring her surroundings. She plays hard to get when you attempt to lift her, then rapidly melts into a wet noodle in your arms, enjoying even belly strokes. Her long fur will require some regular brushing, but fortunately, she enjoys it. Are you ready to welcome this sweetheart into your life? Local adoption only- $200 (in San Antonio)

Cobalt is still adjusting to the comforts of indoor life. He may be timid at first, preferring to observe from a safe distance. But with time, consistency, and lots of kindness, he is starting to show signs of curiosity — a soft purr here, a cautious approach there. Cobalt is looking for a calm, loving home with someone who sees the beauty in watching a scared kitten blossom.

Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This kitty you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties Rescue (3LP) wants to set you and your new family member up for success! In addition to a fully vetted furbaby you also receive other additional perks such as a code for a free bag of cat litter AND a code for 50% off a 2nd bag of litter from Catalyst Pet, coupons for a fun visit to Petco, and support through our Facebook Adopters group where you can connect with thousands of other adopters, 3LP volunteers, fosters and staff. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescues and will require continued efforts but are well on their way to being the best kitties that they can be! We ask that you give them time (can take weeks to months) to decompress in their new home, do slow introductions to other pets and let their true personalities have a chance to come through. We celebrated our 7 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 16,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below! https://www.facebook.com/ThreeLittlePittiesRescueSavingKitties/ https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue/ *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $74 surcharge for transport.
