Meet Carlisle! Carlisle is a gorgeous Russian Blu mix born in approximately May 2024. Carlisle was found outside in a colony of cats who were being TNR`d (Trap, Neuter and, Return). Carlisle showed signs of being friendly so she went to an excellent foster who has socialized them. She is still getting used to the indoor life.Carlisle is shy and still getting used to bigger spaces. She doesn`t like being held or picked up. Carlisile will be best fit in a home with another cat to help her feel safe. Carlisle needs a calm space with someone who is patient to get to know her. She gets along well with other cats, unsure about dogs but with time will likely adjust to them. She is vetted and has excellent litter manners. With time, patience, and love, Jagger has shown us that beneath his shy shell is a gentle, sweet soul.He’s still learning to trust fully, but every day he grows a little braver. Jagger is curious—especially if food is involved—and he enjoys playtime with wand toys or chasing his foster siblings. He does best with another confident kitty friend to show him the ropes and help keep him feeling secure. He also enjoys the company of dogs and would happily share his home with a gentle pup.Once he feels safe, Jagger will come to you for pets and scratches, and he loves to cuddle when he’s comfortable. Meet Andujar Michelle born about February 2020. Andujar Michelle was part of a large rescue of over 35 cats and dogs. Their caregiver was an avid animal lover who sadly suffered from mental illness and ended up taking her own life. It was quickly obvious to us that she poured a lot of love into her pets. We couldn`t let them all go to the shelter so we were able to get them all into foster care!Andujar is a very sweet and quiet boy who wags his tail like a dog and loves to play. His favorite toys are stuffed catnip mice and the tunnel. He enjoys leaving the mice scattered about the house, tearing open the tummies, running through the tunnel with the mice, and leaving them in the water bowl to make catnip tea. He loves to be petted, but is shy at first and needs time to adjust. He likes to be in the room with you and next to you, but not on you. He is not a picky eater, and enjoys dry and wet cat food, not so much treats. He gets along well with other cats, usually being the less dominant cat. He does well around dogs, almost automatically unfazed by his foster’s dog. So, he’s be fine with another friendly pet. He would do well in a house with other cats, but also in a house where he is the only cat, because he usually plays alone with his mice. He enjoys sunbathing on the sun porch. Andujar is also quite the night owl, usually sleeping most of the day, and playing all night. He is litter box trained and very sweet. Mr.Grey is a sweet kitty who apparently found himself abandoned and left to take up with a feral colony to survive. He was then trapped and neutered and has the clipped ear to show for it. This kitty apparently did have some human interaction prior to his capture and placement into rescue, as he's always been one to come up for pets, now to sleep on his foster mom's bed. He seems to be afraid of men. He is felv/fiv negative and his adoption fee is $95.
