Russian Blue kittens & cats in Cleveland, Texas

Adoptions include spay, vaccinations and microchip. I came to Dora's Dawgs & Katz as a tiny kitten and won everyone's heart immediately with my big personality and love for snuggles. It was soon discovered that I have a nerve disorder making it difficult for me to control my back end. My mobility and control have improved greatly, but I'll need a loving home prepared to offer a little extra care.

Tilly is a gorgeous Russian blue! Tilly is the quietest, softest, sweetest cat in the world with the most adorable little voce!! She CRAVES attention, especially in the morning! She needs a home that's relatively quiet with loving, patient people that will allow her time to get comfortable. After that she will spend every moment she gets working to earn your pets, scratches and love! She gets along with other cats and tolerates dogs well! She is litter box trained, indoors only, and up to date on shots and flea treatments.We rescued her kittens in the middle of a rainstorm under our deck, and then she came in to join them! She was the best mamma and raised 5 gorgeous babies who have been adopted through HPA! Now Tilly needs a furr-ever home!

We got Twilight at Harris County Pets. Twilight is 4 years old and a diva. Even though she’s been housed with other cats, Twilight always likes to be alone and the center of attention. She is very shy at first but once she gets comfortable, she is more than happy to meow at you for attention. She is a mischievous cat, and loves to get into places she can explore, so she would work best in a household that understands how to “cat-proof” their home. Twilight may seem shy, but she has a big personality.

His journey was tough, and he spent his first few years trying to survive on the streets of Houston. But now? You’d never know it from his sweet, affectionate nature. From the very first day he was safely trapped, Jett showed nothing but love and appreciate for his human rescuers. When he came into care, Jett was missing several teeth and suffering from painful infections in the ones he had left. After a full dental procedure, he is now happy, healthy, and toothless… and it hasn’t slowed him down one bit! In fact, he feels so much better and is thriving. Jett is also FIV+, but that simply means he needs to be an indoor-only kitty and receive routine veterinary care, just like any beloved pet. Cats with FIV can live long, wonderful, lives, and Jett is ready to do exactly that with a family of his own. Since being indoors, Jett’s favorite things are human companionship, cozy laps, and making the sweetest little “biscuits” with his paws. He has the tiniest, squeakiest meow that will melt your heart immediately! He is a very calm kitty and is content in most situations. He loves to explore new rooms and areas carefully, but usually only with the company of his foster mom! Jett isn’t just looking for a home—he’s looking for his person. All he needs now is a safe, loving home to write the rest of his story. 💙 — Jett is a brave little guy, and will come right up to his humans for attention when he sees them. It’s very difficult to determine his age due to the wear and tear to his teeth from his early years, but we are estimating somewhere between 3-5 years of age (I know, that’s a really big range, but it’s the closest we can get!) Because of the color and texture of his coat, we believe he is a “street special” version of a Russian Blue — he’s definitely got the genes but they’re mixed! While he would be happy as can be in any loving home, we think Jett would really thrive with someone in a semi-calm household looking for a new best friend and lap warmer. He doesn’t really understand toys (yet!!) but he sure does understand love. Jett has lived in a colony with many other kitties his entire life, so he should do just fine with a buddy. Since FIV is spread through deep bite wounds, our toothless and friendly little man will not pose a risk to other kitties. He is neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, microchipped, and in great health overall. He does a great job of keeping his litterbox tidy and has perfect manners in the house. ---
