Smokey is a young Russian Blue who is instantly lovable and takes to humans quickly. He was recently found after being abandoned and is now in the healing stages after being attacked by dogs. He is not shy unless another cat is around, but he does get along well with other cats once settled.Smokey is:• Instantly lovable and quick to bond with humans• Friendly and comfortable around other cats• Litter box trained• An indoor-only cat• Currently finishing his recovery and on antibioticsBecause of his recent experience, I wouldn’t initially recommend a home with dogs. He doesn’t react negatively to dogs, after the attack, but a slow introduction would be best. I would love for someone with experience to adopt him and provide the calm environment he deserves. It was soon discovered that I have a nerve disorder making it difficult for me to control my back end. My mobility and control have improved greatly, but I'll need a loving home prepared to offer a little extra care.

She enjoys chasing her foster family's feet, pouncing on toys, and burning off her kitten energy. When playtime is over, she's happy to soak up attention with her favorite things—back massages, head scratches, and plenty of gentle pets. She's not a big fan of being held, though she may tolerate it for a short time once she feels comfortable.
