A boy who could enjoy a life of leisureMikhail (Misha) is a gorgeous 1 yr old Russian Blue mix. He is extremely affectionate, when he is comfortable with you, but he could take awhile to warm up. Once he does, he is a complete lap kitty who loves to give kisses and 'make biscuits' on you. He loves to cuddle with you while you sleep. He would best be suited in a quiet home without children or dogs and with an experienced cat owner who will give him the quiet time and space he might need to adapt to new surroundings. He is very relaxed around other cats. He is independent but also doesn’t like to be confined. He wants to be with his person. He is not needy, however. He has perfect litter box habits and is a very clean kitty.  Misha is fully vetted (neutered, vaccinated, tested neg/neg for FIV/FeLV, microchiped) and is ready to go to his forever home. EXCELLENT SOCCER STRIKER WITH TOY MICE & POM-POM BALLS  DOB 3/8/22 Hey there, everyone! I’m Zoe, a gentle, affectionate, easygoing, and friendly Russian Blue mix gal with big gold eyes. I’m sweet and playful, although I can be shy as it takes sensitive Russian Blue mixes longer than most cats to adjust to their new environment and new people. You see, I showed up as a friendly stray in my future foster meowmy’s yard, and after befriending me with yummy food, she eventually coaxed me inside. That’s when she realized that I was pregnant, and I delivered my litter of five kits a month later. Thank heavens my kits are now weaned, and I’m now permanently retired from being a doting momma. I’m enjoying all the luxuries of indoor life – brimming food and water bowls as well as climate control and safety from predators. I pretend that I only tolerate Foster Meowmy’s hugs, kisses, and cuddles, but I actually appreciate her affection and attention after living paw-to-mouth for so long. I also enjoy playing soccer with catnip mice and pom-pom balls, and I’m so enthusiastic with my excellent scratching-post-manners that I make the cardboard scratcher into a toy! Scaling the cat tree for a bird’s-eye-view of activity below is my favorite pastime. You see, I can get a little hissy with the resident cats, and I like the psychic distance that the height of the cat tree affords. BIG BOY WITH LOUD PURR  DOB 4/29/24 Hey there, everyone! I’m Baguette, and I’m a big, burly Russian Blue mix fella who’s one of the #bread-batch-five. Our momma birthed us on Foster Meowmy’s backyard patio because she knew we’d be safe. Thank heavens Foster Meowmy brought Momma as well as Naan, Croissant, Panini, Pita, and me inside to join the resident cats and small dog. We all love to tumble and pounce, climb and wrestle with each other. Since we’ve been handled since we were wee tykes, we’re all lap kittens who like to cuddle on Foster Meowmy’s lap -- either individually or in one big kitten puddle -- when we’re exhausted from our play sessions. I usually claim the center spot in her lap for the group cuddling. When I’m alone on her lap, Foster Meowmy puts me on my back, and if I try to wiggle away, she gets me to stay still by gently massaging my face. Boy howdy – that feels sooooo good. I’m the biggest of my litter and have the loudest purr. Like a typical kitten, “play, eat, and cuddle” is the circadian rhythm of my day. I like to chase the feather wand toy, carry catnip mice in my mouth, climb the scratching post, and play on the cat tree. I’m the first to run to the food when it’s dinner time. My brother Panini and I compete to be the first to bum-rush the foster-room door as soon as Foster Meowmy opens it. I may be small, but Foster Meowmy is impressed with my leaping/ jumping abilities when I play with the feather wand toy and my climbing finesse when I scale the scratching post and cat tree. My brother Baguette and I compete to be the first to bum-rush the foster-room door as soon as Foster Meowmy opens it. I’m always ready to explore every nook and cranny in the house. I’m the bravest of my four siblings because I was the first to play with the little resident dog. Foster Meowmy describes my personality as “persistent,” especially when there is food involved. When she’s distributing Churu treats, I make sure that I get my share. When a sibling was being given milk replacer, I made it my life mission to get to that bowl of yummy stuff!
