Meet Silas! This sweet hearted pooch unfortunately came to us because his family could no longer keep him. While he is very nervous at first he is very sweet and affectionate once he warms up. He will need a home that is experienced with escapist as he tends to try to flee. We ask that any children in the home be 10+ due to his nervousness and some guarding behaviors. He may do well with another dog who is calm and confident to help him with his nervousness. He unfortunately has significant prey drive and can not go to a home with cats or small animals.Does he sound like a good fit for your home?! Then come down and meet this handsome dog.---If you are interested in adopting, please come prepared --bring a photo ID, proof of address, and everyone in the home including resident dogs with vaccination history.
