Story
Chad found himself as part of an unwanted litter between a golden doodle and labradoodle, but he's ready to find a loving home where he'll be cherished despite his challenges. This sweet pup has had bald spots since birth, and while efforts have been made with sensitive skin feed and daily Benadryl, his hair may never fully grow back. Chad also needs sunblock when spending time in the sun, as he's prone to sunburn. Despite his skin issues, Chad is a social butterfly who gets along well with other dogs, cats, and even livestock. He's crate trained and has shown promise with housetraining. While he's still learning to walk on a leash, he loves cuddling on the couch and playing fetch. Chad's foster describes him as easygoing and a great companion. While he's figured out how to climb chain link fences, he should be fine in a privacy fence. There's a possibility of Xoloitzcuintli in his bloodline due to his hairlessness and missing back teeth. Neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm negative, and on prevention, Chad is ready to bring joy to his forever family. If you're ready to provide him with the love and care he deserves, apply now! Let's give Chad the happy ending he deserves. #AdoptChad #RescueDog All adoptions are first come first serve the day of availability. Story
Dylan found himself as part of an unwanted litter between a golden doodle and labradoodle, but he's ready to find a loving home where he'll be cherished despite his challenges. This sweet pup has had bald spots since birth, and while efforts have been made with sensitive skin feed and daily Benedryl, his hair may never fully grow in. Dylan does well with other dogs and would thrive in a home with a furry friend to play with. While he's done okay with cats under supervision and with livestock, Dylan is a chewer and will need some hard chews to keep him occupied. He's crate trained and has shown promise with housetraining, although he may need a bit more consistency. Dylan may be a little anxious in new environments and will need some time to settle into his new home. There's a possibility of Xoloitzcuintli in his bloodline due to his hairlessness and missing back teeth. Wizard of Oz

Schnoodle Mixed Breed (Medium)

Male, 4 yrs 2 mos
Stephenville, TX
Size
(when grown) Small 25 lbs (11 kg) or less
Details
Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Application Only Wizard of Oz was adopted and returned because he did not do well in a home with visitors constantly coming in and out. Wizard was terrified of new visitors, men especially, and would run screaming and pottying whenever someone new came in. He has done very well with the other dogs he has been let out with and tries to play every chance he gets with them. He is very excitable and gets the zoomies easily. He has started walking pretty well on a leash, but sometimes gets startled when the leash is seen in his peripherals. He can be nervous of hands at first, but once he feels comfortable with you he loves getting scratches. As long as he gets to potty often, Wizard seems to be crate trained and might be housetrained. He is not the biggest fan of being left on his own. Wizard is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm negative and on prevention.
