Hi- my name is Cranberry! My sisters and I were turned into an overcrowded county shelter as an unwanted litter. Thankfully, the kind people at Guardians of Florida Animal Rescue heard about us and offered to take us in. They are now helping each of us find our very own families!I am about 4 months old and weighed in at 24 lbs at the end of December - I look like a Scottish terrier mix, best guess. I am an active puppy and will do best with a fairly active family. I am learning to walk on leash now; I just know we can work together to help me learn good manners and everything! My adoption fee of $450 includes all my vetting that has been done up to date. That’s vet exam, vaccinations, deworming and monthly preventatives, microchip and spay.If you have questions, email my rescue at adoptions@gofar.dog. I'm slow to warm up as l've been in a shelter my whole life but now that l have lived in my foster parents home, I'm showing more of my loving personality.  I am mostly deaf and learning more sign language. I am house and crate trained. I'm very good at comforting when you are sad or something is wrong. I will greet you with my tail wagging, I don't mind baths.  I do best in a home that will show me lots of love and affection. I play well with other dogs, my foster parents currently have a big yard with Sandhill cranes that come around sometimes I just want to play with them in the morning but once I'm around them a lot l ignore them. I love being outside and chewing on a good bone. I'm learning to play fetch. I'm calm but active and don't mind walks with a leash. I'm crate and house trained.  I love kids but I haven't been around babies or toddlers yet. I'd love a family who enjoys walks, couch time, plays fetch with me.
