Dog's Name: Pup Franny (FRA0424JNSFD)Estimated Breed: Scottish Terrier / Labradoodle MixApproximate Age: 5 months Approximate Weight: 30 lbs Currently Living at: Foster Adoption Fee: $500DOG'S DESCRIPTION: Meet Pup Franny! Franny came to us from a high-kill shelter in Tennessee. She is now on the hunt for her forever home. Could that be with you? Franny is your typical young pup. She is very friendly, outgoing, playful, and affectionate - what more could you ask for! Are you looking for a road trip buddy? Well, Franny also rides wonderfully in the car too. She does great with other dogs and would enjoy a playmate or meeting new dog friends in the neighborhood. At her young age, Franny is in her prime for training and socialization. She would be a wonderful fit for an active home. Please remember that young pups require a lot of time, love, and patience to become the best doggie citizens they can be. Submit an application today and change this beautiful girl's life forever!
Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family. Adoption fees cover basic vetting, spay/neuter surgery (at partner vet if not fixed before adoption), rabies, distemper/parvo vaccinations, treatment for worms, heartworm testing, monthly heartworm prevention and monthly flea/tick prevention (while the animal is in our care), and transport costs from high-kill shelter. Please note that on average, K-9 Lifesavers spend significantly more on each dog than their adoption fee. Adoption fee for HW positive dog also covers heartworm treatment at our partner vets. Foster Program: Foster homes provide for the temporary care of a rescue until the dog is placed into a loving, forever home.
