Story
Baby Leo came to us from the same Breeder who gave us Xanadu, Ella, and Cookie. Due to health reasons, she is reducing her numbers and maybe closing her Scottish Fold Cattery. I was very curious to see Baby Leo when he arrived because of his beauty, his blue eyes, very folded ears and silver/ white fur. I happen to know his parents came from Ukraine. He arrived Leo said "Oh my goodness I am really upset to leave my home!. What's happening? " Cats just don't like surprises and that first day poor Baby Leo was shy and reclusive. I said" OK I'll leave you alone. I can wait." Well I didn't have to wait long. Just a few days later there he was: a very cuddly young absolute love bug. Now when he feels safe, and when you focus your attention on him , he absolutely can't get enough of you. The photos and video show that. He has a very, very generous heart and gives himself away totally. The Breeder said that" any family that gets him will be so lucky to have him". And it took me just that first week to see what she meant. A year old now, Baby Leo will grow a bit bigger and will have more confidence in his new life in the next couple years. He's kind of in his young colt stage.-long legs and slender, long body, all playfulness and curiousity. As a kitten, he caught an illness from his mother, FIP, feline infectious peritonitis. With his mother, he went through the medication protocol and they both came out fine and healthy. Baby Leo has a common remnant of that illness, however. He can walk and run just fine, but he has a little wobble in his hind legs that shows up sometimes. You don't always see it, but it's there and I just want you to know about it. Nerves, I know, recover slowly and he may still be outgrowing that or it may never completely leave. The important thing is that he can run and play and it doesn't bother him at all. He doesn't need any medical care or exams for it. His sparkling fur is silky, soft and surprisingly easy to care for. Baby Leo doesn't have much of the cottony undercoat that mats up so easily. You will find you need to wipe his face occasionally because any little amount of tears will show against the whiteness of his fur. We have a little canister of 2 inch premoistened eye wipes that makes that all so easy. Other than that, he uses his box perfectly and loves to eat food, he's a very easy care little kitty. We've checked his ears and they're fine and clean. We also have the little one finger wipes that make cleaning ears a breeze. Even though his ears are folded, and he has blue eyes, his hearing seems to be just fine. This breeder let her kitties run around free in her house, so her kitties were well socialized and are very familiar and comfortable with other cats. Leo would be happy with other cats as long as they weren't dominant or mean to him. This is a tender kitty, who at this stage in his life is still a little thoughtful about feeling safe and loved. I don't think he's ever met dogs so that would need to be an extra careful introduction to a respectful dog. I do think he'd be happy to have the company of a friendly kitty and I think that would be good for him. He will definitely bond very deeply with his new family so it would be best if they were in the home most of the time. As the Breeder said "some family will be so lucky to have his loving company "He is a treasure. He is being offered for adoption only to families who live in the state of California. Baby Leo is fostered by Harriet in Santa Cruz, California. Baby Leo is: Neutered/Spayed, Vaccinated, FELV Tested, Dewormed, Microchipped, Wet Food, Dry Food, Litter Box Perfect Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is dedicated to matching exceptional cats (like me) with qualified adopters who will cherish me and create an ideal forever home. If you believe you're my perfect adopter please explain why in the comments section of my Adoption Application, and contact Harriet at harrietluvskitties@yahoo.com or (838) 588-1572. If you are unable to reach Harriet please email info@purebredsplus.org. NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? Story
Stella's breeder wrote "I gave her a haircut with scissors , but it's not a good one. She has a very pretty coat when grown out .She is small and always looks like a baby kitten". Stella's fur is growing in, but in all honesty she's still a bit disheveled right now. Her coat is quite long, but it's unevenly cut all over including her tail. In a few months it will all have grown in. Stella is clearly red and white, but I think she has a little brown, especially on her goatee. We just gave her a bath and combed her out to get her ready for her picture taking session.. Stella thinks that all grooming and brushing is just more of the wonderful attention she loves so she doesn't mind being fussed with. This makes it fun to groom her. Her coat doesn't have the cottony under layer that matts up so it's easy to run a comb through her.. Stella is getting more beautiful every day. I hope I caught some of her look in the photo's I took. Look at her big, round, beautiful eyes that dominate her tiny head. Her nose is just a little tiny heart of color. The white under her chin forms a ruff that sets off her red and white head. You probably noticed that most of her photographs show her with her pink tongue peeking out. I've seen it in, but it seems like it is out more often than not-or maybe it is just when the photographer is around. It's tiny and so adorable. You can't see it, but breeder said she has a little overbite. It doesn't bother her at all or get in the way of her good appetite. Stella is certainly quite the character. She's full of energy. She loves attention. She loves to eat. She frequently gets her chin wet or covered with wet food so you will find you wipe it every day. She plays like a crazy person. She wiggles if you try to put her on your shoulder for a nice photo shoot. She says just because I'm small doesn't mean I don't have opinions. I'm not a toy!!. (Maybe that's the spirited redhead in her talking). She runs to you to ask for petting and playtime. She's full of fun and opinions and affection. Stella likes all sorts of people and she seems to be very comfortable with all sorts of kitties. (This Breeder let her kitties run loose in her home so they are nicely socialized and comfortable with other kitties.) She would be good in a busy household with respectful children over 3 feet high. I have no idea how she would do with dogs. She's such a little thing of course you want to protect her and keep her safe. Little girl is a one of a kind kitty. Some family will be so lucky to have her loving and entertaining company. Stella is fostered by Harriet in Santa Cruz, California. Story
Lolli sees the world from rose-colored glasses. She proves that nothing can stop you if you want to do it and Lolli has got plenty of love and adoring looks to give! Lolli came to us with a congenital deformity in her shoulders which impairs her hind end mobility somewhat but that doesn’t stop her from doing everything her foster mates do, including climbing the tall cat tree and stealing toys if she so desires. Her lack of hind end strength doesn’t stop this girl from living her best life, appreciating every happy life has! This girl is full of personality and very outgoing. You can expect Lolli to be close to you and nuzzle up to you for love and play most of the time! She loves playing with all sorts of toys, sliding into home base, having other kitty friends who are a bit on the softer side of playful and just getting her happy on, and with a face like hers who could resist?! As with most precious things, this gem does require some special care, Lolli, while she can defecate on her own, does best when expressed at least twice daily. While that can be intimidating, it’s much easier than most think. While Scottish fold cats are known for their signature folded ears, they’re actually born with straight ears. The fold begins to develop when the kitten is between 18 and 24 days old, but only if they have the gene that is responsible for the fold. Lolli does not have the folder ear gene. Lolli is an adorable, happy, affectionate, sweet, silly girl who will make a purr-fect companion for some lucky family. Lolli is spayed, vaccinated, FELV tested, dewormed, microchipped, eats wet food, and eats dry food. She currently lives with her foster family in Sacramento. Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is dedicated to matching exceptional cats with qualified adopters who will cherish their pet and create an ideal forever home. If you believe you are the perfect adopter for Lolli please tell us why in the comments section of our Adoption Application, and contact Dayna at meandmyfosters@outlook.com If you are unable to reach Dayna please email us at info@purebredsplus.org. Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is helping facilitate the adoption of this cat through our Owner Placement Program. We take no responsibility for the health and medical records of this cat. It is the responsibility of the owner and adopter to discuss this. Brody is NOT in a Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue foster home, but residing with my current owner in Modesto. Adoption fee applies. Brody and Logan MUST be adopted together. There are NO exceptions. Adoption fee for the pair $300 Brody has exactly one thought in his head at any given moment… and that thought is you. This soft, long-haired goofball is equal parts velcro and pure heart. He’s not the sharpest crayon in the box (and he knows it), but what he lacks in brains he more than makes up for in nonstop affection. He will cheerfully follow you from room to room, flop onto any available lap, and start kneading like it’s his full-time job. Warm lap? Instant purr machine. When he’s not busy loving on his people, Brody turns into a tiny tornado for toys. A laser pointer will send him into full zoomie mode, and he especially loses his mind when a wand toy is teased around a corner—cue the dramatic pounce and happy little chirps. Brody is looking for a home where he can be the official lap warmer, laser-pointer chaser, and professional snuggle bug. If you’re ready for a sweet, slightly silly boy who will love you with his whole soft heart every single day, Brody is ready to move in and never leave your side. It is the responsibility of the owner and adopter to discuss this. Logan and Brody MUST be adopted together. There are NO exceptions. Adoption fee for the pair $300 Logan is NOT in a Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue foster home, but residing with my current owner in Modesto. Adoption fee applies. Logan is a classy little gentleman with a big personality and even bigger opinions about affection. He purrs softly (almost politely), but make no mistake—he knows exactly what he wants. If you’re not petting him fast enough, he’ll gently tap your arm with one soft paw until you get the message. Speak to him and he’ll answer right back in a steady stream of chatty little meows. Invite him onto a phone call and he’ll happily make a cameo, adding his own commentary like the social butterfly he is. When it’s playtime, Logan prefers games that challenge his clever mind. He goes wild for a wand toy teased around corners and obstacles, and he treats thrown stuffed mice like a personal sport—sprinting after them, then proudly bringing them back for a game of catch. Bounce a toy off the ceiling and he’ll track the trajectory like a pro, ready to pounce the second it lands. Logan is looking for a home that appreciates a smart, affectionate, slightly dramatic companion who will keep the conversation going and the playtime interesting. If you’re ready for a refined (but still playful) best friend who will never let you forget how much he loves you, Logan is ready to claim his permanent spot on the couch… and in your heart. Story
Oreo is a rescue from Rancho Cordova. He was found as a kitten alone and was raised by a foster mom until we adopted him. We have had him for a few years with another cat and dog. He’s very independent but does like snuggling. Our pregnancy and move will not allow us to keep him which is very heartbreaking. Only looking for a good safe home, no fee. We want him to be loved and cared for.

Story
Jules and Jubilee are sweet sisters who were born in April 2023. They have been together their entire lives, and while we understand that they may ultimately be adopted separately, our greatest hope is to find a family willing to welcome them both. They share a special bond and bring out the best in one another. Jules and Jubilee are incredibly affectionate cats. They love being close to their people and will happily curl up on your lap or stretch out across your chest while you relax. They enjoy attention, cuddles, and being part of the family's daily routine. Whether you're reading a book, watching television, or working from home, they'll be nearby, ready to keep you company. They are playful, gentle, and have grown up together, making them an easy pair to love. Seeing them groom each other, nap side by side, and play together is a reminder of just how closely connected they are. contact: Megan@ 916-990-2084
