Scottish Fold kittens & cats in Fort Worth, Texas

Introducing William Wallace, the charming Scottish Fold born in mid-2020, who found his way to Saving Hope as a stray. Every day returning home to William Wallace is the same: a quiet, raspy meow to say hello and head butts politely asking for gentle pets on his head. An older gentleman, Wallace is at his most content in a home where he can take leisurely naps curled up next to his human, lay on laps, and enjoy plenty of pets. He is a 10-year-old Scottish Fold who is litter trained, quiet and comfortable receiving love and attention from any house guests who will scratch under his chin. William Wallace is an excellent companion for families searching for a sweet friend who is content to spend quality time with his owners at home.William is FIV + which just means she has a compromised immune system and can`t go outside. This isn`t contagious and is only spread by blood contact with only other cats. William is healthy and doing great. Found this sweet baby in a broken down car, hungry. Brought her home to feed her but I’m allergic to cats and can’t keep her! She’s so sweet and loves being pet, but I can’t live on Benadryl. Hoping to find this sweet baby a forever home!

Baloo is incredibly affectionate and friendly with people, but he is terrified of our other cat and dog. We have to keep him in a separate room to keep him safe, and it’s just not a good life for him. We’re hoping to find him a peaceful home with no other pets. He will come with his Litter-Robot, auto feeder, water fountain, and all his supplies.

From his foster mom, Diana: Some cats are ordinary. Rincewind looks like he walked straight out of a fantasy novel. With his oversized paws, adorably stubby front legs, fluffy tail that's almost long enough to sweep the floor, and striking dark tabby coat, Rincewind has the unmistakable look of a tiny witch's familiar. Add in his handsome tomcat cheeks, and he's a cat who turns heads everywhere he goes. Rincewind's personality is every bit as interesting as his appearance. He's friendly, curious, and enjoys being around people, but he's also wonderfully independent. He likes to keep you company, hang out nearby, and accept affection on his own terms. He's the perfect balance of companion and free spirit. His story began in a neighborhood feral colony, but it didn't take long to realize he was meant for indoor life. If you were outside, Rincewind wasn't far behind. He'd happily curl up in your lap by the pool, though he'd occasionally remind you that he had opinions about how he preferred to be petted. That independent streak is still part of his charm today. Rincewind is named after the lovable wizard from Terry Pratchett's Discworld series, and the name couldn't fit him better. He's quirky, unforgettable, and full of personality. He gets along well with both cats and dogs and would thrive in a home with other playful pets. Having furry companions to chase, wrestle, and burn off energy with helps him be his happiest self. Without another animal friend, he may occasionally redirect that playful energy toward ankles or fingers, so he'll do best with experienced cat people who understand normal feline play behavior. Because of this, Rincewind is not a good match for homes with young children. If you're looking for a one-of-a-kind companion with movie-worthy looks, an independent spirit, and enough personality to keep life interesting, Rincewind is ready to cast a spell on your heart. Born 06/24/2025 At Meowtown, we don't have a traditional, physical shelter - all of our cats live in loving foster homes. That means they are already used to real home life, and we truly know their personalities, habits, and what makes them special. They are safe, socialized, and ready to be part of a family. They're not waiting to become housecats... they already are. They just need a house.
