Please know that some of the kittens may no longer be available at the time of your visit. They receive the FVRCP (feline distemper combo) vaccine, have been dewormed with Pyrantel, and have been treated with selamectin for fleas.Our website updates every hour, but some animals may be adopted faster than we can get them updated online. Uhtred (oo-tread) is named after a Viking warrior to help him be strong and brave. He tries to live up to his namesake with mighty little meows but Uhtred is, at heart, a shy lil guy. He likes to be close and involved, but not too close. For example, he might check in on what your doing, but from a vantage point or down the hall. Uhtred prefers to enjoy company from a safe distance. He is good at being handled and will let you know when he does not want to be with some Viking-like grumbles. We have had him for 5 years. He patiently moved across the country with us from Virginia to Washington (over 2800 miles)! Uhtred loves liquid treats and soft catfood. If you’re lucky, he might stand up on his hind legs for a snack. He is a good boy.
